Looperman is a Free pro audio community for musicians, film and video producers, djs and multi media designers.

As a member you can upload and download free music loops, acapellas and vocals, beats and samples to use in any music software such as Steinberg Cubase, Propellerheads Reason, Sony Acid Pro, Fruity Loops studio, Magix, Ableton Live, Apple Garageband etc.

Once you have downloaded some free loops you can then upload your mp3 tracks for other members to review. What better feedback on your tracks than that of fellow musicians.

Many of you may be here simply to download the loops and have no interest in the community side of things which is cool but if you do download stuff that people have kindly uploaded then its only polite to post a quick comment to let them know how you used their loops etc.

If your happy with that then take part and enjoy the site and if you can, upload your loops or acapellas and vocals for other members to share and keep the wheel turning.

It's a place to share stuff, to learn from each other and to improve your skills as a musician.

While looperman.com may be many things but it has no intention of being everything.

Its not a multi national company, or a corporate run site with offices, staff, old fax machines and a secretary but a site built and run by a small team who try and make this place good for you.

Yes, you can upload tracks but we don't intend to be another track hosting site like Soundcloud. The tracks section here is more a place to get feedback on tracks your working on as apposed to somewhere to backup and archive everything you've ever made.

Yes, you can upload loops but the aim is not to simply collect every sound known to man but instead collect self made loops for use in modern music software and hardware samplers. If you want to build or find a collection of sound bites then we recommend you take a look at sites like Freesound

Again, you can upload your original acapellas but were not looking to build a collection of acapellas of commercially released tracks so that you can create mash ups and remixes.

Finally, looperman.com is not another facebook, instagram, twitter type setup where the aim is to tell the world about every action you ever made or promote your band, your tracks, your products, beliefs of whatever else you want to get off your chest.
