loop feels stuttery / laggy

Its an effect through Izotope Vinyl. Supposed to have a slight stutter. Many lofi producers use this method You might also like these loops
If you liked Sad Lofi Piano by loneninjah you might also like these other 60 bpm, Piano loops and samples in the key of C#. These loops should mix well together.
