I am putting together a streaming radio station in memory of my late son who died of cystic fibrosis. I would very much like your permission to use this track. The radio stream will be ad free and will not pay royalties, but I am happy to give you a credit on the associated website and any other links you may like. Chris
This is amazing! The bass and guitar are very true to the genre! Those horns are great! If you made this with loops I'm very impressed! I love these good vibes!
Thank you for your kind words, I really enjoyed working on this from a huge collection of old skool samples in which I still use as the core for most of my works. Peace :)
Man I dig this groove, ever since back in the day when a friend of my sister's asked if I wanted to go to a concert with some bloke called Bob Marley playing I've been a convert...apart from the great bottom end and rhythm groove I love the horn arrangement,it cerebrally takes me back into that early Calypso modal frame but with an orchestrated contemporary slant...this is great stuff!..you definitely have the waters of Babylon flowing through you..way cool! cheers Dave :)
I new you would get where this track was coming from PJB. I watched the great Bob Marley and the Wailer's in the north west of England back in the prior 1970's in Blackpool. AWSOME experience.
After getting lost among your 500 year old musical library .. I thought? What is it that I can contribute to this Society here on Looperman and? Well it is you to come here and talk with me about music and SONG. I am well happy mr Ozzy Jock!
Oh yeah Mose you have nailed the vibe spot on. I love this and could listen to it for always. Total quality my friend and huge respect to you for making such a major tune.
THANKS VVS. I never slept for around 4 day's working on this track .. in total, I think I spent over 100 hours on this Reggae Tune. I have a number of Discs with oldskool samples and I have not got bored with them yet. Please check out my Seanboogie mix and give me some honest feedback, I would really appreciate that man. Respect your way.
This track is ...FAntastic .. i love it. Old school reggae sound with a funky bass line .. It twists and turns and sends you in different directions.. its chilled and funky
this would be a great sound track to a guy richie film
Really liking this one my friend, those horns are a very good touch.I like the arrangement as you always throw something new to the mix and keep things interesting.Good work man!!!
nice one! It's hard to keep a balance ,, it's to easy to overcrowd your tracks .. but this one I think worked out OK.
Thanks for your response Optimistic .. very much appreciated Man.

Description : Music composed by Alex Richard and Laurent Wirz. With: Hanspeter Dubach Lead and rhythm guitars, Alex Richard Bass and rhythm guitars, Claude Barbotte Hammond organ, Joël Perrin Saxophone and me at the drums. The two grooves I used for this one are to find under Loops and Sample, member laurentwirz, reggae. Also an excellent loop from member ebae. I have to say that I asked Michael Mayo before publishing it but I received no answer yet. It was pretty difficult with his acapella because it's a pretty short loop with not a lot of words (for an almost 5 minutes track)! You can ear also some background vocals from Patricia Edwards and I hope it's okay for her.
Description : Vocal stem available in Acapellas section :)

Description : Guitars, keys and vox by me. LM drum loops 130_Dagger_Live_Drums, 23sk-drums-reverb-spring-roots and alabafruit. Horns from Loopmasters dub and reggae horns sample demos.
Description : This track contains only free loops from several Looperman artists. I think one of my best works lately... but wonder if it's ok with headphones too - there a lot of very rough cuts. Enjoy!
Applied loops (fully or partially):
Description : Richard Shekari and I worked on this project earlier this year. I play bass, guitar, banjo, dobro and also sing on this. Richard added a cool harmonica sound and has an amazing voice. I have learned a lot from him, Richard produced this track.
Description : A quick idea I did in one day, 2 mixes, more an exercise for myself than anything serious. Inspirations were a Peter Tosh docu for the reggae feel, a surfing vid on what a point break was for the vox, the Ace of Bass vid The Sign for the drums and Jaco Pastorius song Crisis for a bit of inspirational bass thrown in. 2 drum loops used and a vocal effect loop for the heck of it in the middle, he. Live percussion, cabasa, guiro and double maraca. Me on git, bass, vox. Here comes Summer!

Description : I uploaded the vocals in 2012, Soap BRILLIANTLY produced this track around them. I was listening and thought I'd share as well. Don't forget to stop at his place and leave some Looper love! Enjoy!
Description : NEW - 2014 - I used a few samples from sterixx called riddim.
And one from seanmccuaig called vocal beat.
I used some lyrics from an older song by myself. It was more a dark wave song befor but i realy enjoyed it to sing and produce it in reggae style.
Hope you enjoy this version also.
