Description : Another symphonic heavy rock track. I was toying with Symphonic Orchestra, Dimension 4 and Omnisphere. Very realistic orchestra sounds, I just can't get over the qulaity of these programs. I combined it with some heavy guitar to make an epic sountrackesque tune. This one is called Horizon. I have to thank PlanetJazzBass for me to make these kinds of tracks possible. I hope you enjoy my nemesis. Comments of course are always most welcome ! Cheers - your musical friend - Bilbozo

It's funny, I started a thread recently, and most of the suggestions for unfeatured tracks are ones that I have never heard or commented on... so this is a pleasant surprise! You were one of the biggest songwriters on looperman for a while, and this song definitely shows why. You've got a great ear for popular music styles and emotional effect of sounds. Your guitar playing is always masterful, and gives the feel of being effortless! I'm glad this showed up, because it was a good listen!
Every time I listen to one of your tracks I end up experiencing it from an elevated position, that is looking down......it's a very explainable phenomenon,it's uplifting!...people often get transported while listening to music but sometimes to places they'd like to leave!lol, you never have this effect though....to say your musical vision is broad is an understatement,I think your tapping into more than the sum of your experiences and creating a little magic...but without any hidden subterfuge,it's all real.

Bill! This is Amazing! I don't know what else to say! That guitar is haunting enough in it's own right but the symphonics behind it just make it almost surreal. Hat's off my friend! I'm always in awe of your work.
Very epic sounding, great mix of orchestra and rock. Great production and arrangement, I could imagine this on the big screen. Very impressive, I like it.
Great track Bill, you're very good at this Symphonic style,I think you always have been but it just keeps getting better!
Production,style,guitar...You are one of my hero's!
intensely dramatic yet amazingly compact - you get one helluva lot of feeling and searching sounds in here with precision - what i'm trying to say is this is consummate craft that don't feel crafted - just great music, brother
Very cool track, I always love tracks like this, they seem to carry a lot of emotion and have a lot of impact on the listener. I can picture this being something played during a battle sequence in a movie. Great job on this and great playing as usual. Keep it up, I always look forward to listening to your tracks.
Wow! This is something! I always enjoyed symphonic metal and this is right up that alley! Although a bit on the soft side it still delivers that edge and power that both an Orchestra Ensemble and electric guitars should deliver.
I'm am gonna say that it sounds a bit dark and I guess you've had a bit of trouble getting everything to sit in it's right place! There is a bit to much low mid info in brass, horns, strings, guitars and all those compete quite a bit in there. A very hard genre to mix but very rewarding once you get it right!
Enjoyed the arrangement really much and in quite a few places it reminded me of Kamelot, Epica and similar bands which I really enjoy!

Description : This is my newest creation, at a stage very near to completion. No third-party mastering or mixing, as with all my tracks. Just have to fix a few tiny things. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MIX EVERYTHING IN THE SAME SESSION. This song has all human-played instruments - no quantization or MIDI! My brother does all the vocals except for the interlude part, which I do. My other brother plays the rhythm guitar (a Gibson Les Paul Custom - only one of 12 in the world!!) and I play the accompanying guitar (a Johnny Mar Jag and PRS). He has a lot of guitars :P A good friend of ours, Ronnie, plays the bass and another friend, Freddie, plays the drums. The drum track was done in one take (had to use an electric drum set due to time constraints - but acoustic kits are so much better). Overall, pretty satisfied with the result. Let me know your thoughts.
Description : Feel free to check out the lyrics video on YT as well :) This is a new track based on the great vocals by Ashes and Dreams! Again, a mix of electronic/progressive/rock, any feedback is welcome
Description : The first track I sing on. Cheap stage mic & no fancy plugins. Heavily guitar laden to the point it's got a bit of a shoegaze thing going on. I pulled the lyrics out of my ass & yes, they're a bit silly.
Description : BIG UPDATE 26/02/2014 - So, this was an 18 min track that I have now successfully split in two. 2nd half I uploaded a few weeks ago (Things That Should Always Be, with the bouncy 2 min reggae intro). This is the first half, which has a new mix, a mega chill, meditative ending and a little jazz thrown in for good measure. Takes a few minutes for beat to really kick in. Constantly evolving electric guitar, bass guitar, acoustic drums and lead banjo driven by fat, busy 80BPM grooves with a bit of a reggae and shuffle feel. Also: synth choir voices, dulcimer, violin, cello, shimmering pads. Builds up gradually to nice and rocking and then gets taken back down for the big comedown chill. I really don't know what sort of genre this is except 'far out'. I think it sounds more like a live band than one guy playing instruments and manipulating a DAW. Not my best track but a bit of blissful, sunny island fun. Real positive vibe here so I hope you give it a chance to unfold and unfurl. Sit back, clear your schedule and immerse yourself in these trippy sonic experiments cooked up deep in my off-planet underground laboratory. I have to send the MP3 to Earth via space courier (not cheap).
Description : This track was like the inhale after an exhale of aggressive industrial-electro-sludge tracks that I had put out that summer and fall. This was the more reserved, and introspective winter track. It's nothing spectacular, but I still really enjoy it. I hope you do too. Take care. V.
Description : when i was a kid you could go down and buy acid drops at the dairy - sour boiled sweets....vox, guitars and keys by me. Bass a LM loop by megapaul.
