Description : A song that is very close to us, written straight from our hearts and delivered to a very special person, sadly no longer with us. God bless you Helene. xx
I started up a forum thread about favourite ever tracks on Looperman and ShortBusMusic chose this very track as one of his favourites. I thought you might like to know.

Anyway, this is a bit bright and light for me but is very well done. Sounds very acoustic and natural. Like someone playing happily by a river in the woods on a sunny day. Closeness of the vocals make it very intimate. I can't fault the smooth vocals and the guitar playing is precise and well recorded.
No real criticisms from me so congratulations on this happy little song. It would be very suitable for soundtracks in a lot of TV and film productions.
Found this on the "Rave for the Golden Age" thread. This is some good stuff! Such a good vibe between these vocals and the beautiful guitar playing! Great work!
As I wander through the Internet looking for jewels, every once in a while I hear something that really makes my day. This is one of those times.
This song should be playing on radio stations all across this planet. Beautiful lyrics, sung masterfully, with wonderful guitar work as an accompaniment. This song proves that less is sometimes more.
What a great way to start my day. Definitely going to my favorites. Bravo for a job really, really well done.
Wow. You really are good. I've heard great things from other people about your songs. What a great acoustic track this is. Sounds a little Nick Drake in it. Great nonetheless.
Sweet track, just beautiful! I love this type of music, I listen to a local folk radio station all day at work(if it comes in)and this would sound great on that station next to the likes of Dylan and Gordon Lightfoot. You guys are a great combo, I'll have to check out some more of your tracks!
Hey thanks for the review. Unfortunately one half of Papa Chubbs moved to New Zealand. Since then we haven't recorded a thing. The good news is that he returns to the UK in February 2011. So it wont be long before we are back with new material. I can't wait, and i'm already working on a few new tunes in preparation. Thanks for your interest its all appreciated. G
Great song my friend. Pretty arrangement, solid playing and great vox. Open G-tuning capoed at like the 3rd or 4th fret perhaps? Really brilliant stuff. Peace and love, Six
Hiya six, Thanks for the review. This track actually uses standard tuning capoed quite high at the sixth fret. one guitar picking around the standard chords of G,G/C and D for the verse. The other guitar plays higher inversions and harmony. The other songs, Australia and Move both use the tuning DGDGBD. Thanks again. Papa.
This is a very gentle, heart-felt tune. The guitar carries the listener along, and the vocals are melodic and carefully mixed to the song. Excellent work!
Hey bro...this is a great sound. Nice deep, but gentle voice - great storyline and amazing symbolism. The steady and intriguing guitar in the background keeps the listener engaged - can't get bored listening to this song. Man...just keep it coming, this is great stuff. Harmony's not too bad either
Just 2 questions. 1. did you write the lyrics? 2. Have you ever heard of Marc Cohn or Marc Broussard? You are as good as either one of them. I got some music looking for lyrics, let me know if you're interested.

Description : There were two separate tracks in work, but who knows why I got tired with them and then decided to merge them (or at least what left from them) into one piece hence they originate out of same musical purpose. No worries...no world war was ment here, except my recent personal one...haha...and you don't want to know about it.:) It's not real etude by any means, yet it's quite alot about practicing...practicing...

Description : Again, another early production from like two years ago. I had a cheap little Yamaha acoustic guitar that I borrowed and mic'd and some congas that were given to me as a birthday present. I used my iPad GarageBand app to record the strings and the big bass drum thingy at the interlude and little electric guitar parts in there too haha. All the vocals were done by myself and my brother throws in some little things here and there with his voice :P Enjoy!
Description : A rhythm guitar track I made and sent to my cousin on the East Coast. Made with Tape-A-Talk app. from the Google Play Store. Download and collaborate with it.
