Well, i'm glad you liked it. Esp from somewhat of a "vet" you could say? lol. Anyway, thanks brotha...I liked this track quite a bit...ESP the break in the middle. And im SURE that all other fans and fellow listeners know which one i mean... BIG UP. respect*
not very dark, but i guess you could genre this as enchanted breakbeat. the moogy basslines were really kicking at the end you might consider drag this one out longer, it was really just getting rolling when it ended i thought! a good song non the less keep up the upbeat!
WOW!!!, i listened to ur (dead wrong) track, and the vocals seemed a bit out, so... i reluctantly went on to hear this track and damn baby!!! im blown away!!!
i just wish it didnt end!!!
great beat, synth fits nicely, honestly needs a bit of mastering, but other than that really different and unique (which is good) I'd put thisunder fusion since it has but breakbeat and house/dance feels to it
But i liked it, nice work, keep it up
Keep making unique stufff and someone will one day recognize you :)
God Bless
Steve
P.S.
thank you for your review WAY back :)
Besides a very contradicting title, Id say this track is very nice and mentally stimulating. A thought provoking mishmash of electronic styles, and several breaks, thus finding a home in breakbeat. I hear trance, electro, hardcore, drum n bass, and possibly rave all in one breakbeat song. Certainly a new feel.
Good job, keep em comin!
i particularly like this track because it feels like your on an adventure to some land far away hahaha, thats just my opinion, i love the breakdown too, great work
Jumpin! The darkness is fractured by the sparkle of snow as it swirls from the heavens. Iceland during a snowstorm. Stay inside because The Furies fly tonight. mokeone
Wow! I'm blown away, not only r u deep in your insights, but sista girl can actually put it down. You go then girl, enjoyed your track very much... ya gotz skillz. D
Now this is excellent......there's a lot going on here...love that spirited little synth groove...normally I don't fancy distortion on beats..but it works brilliantly here...must be a frequency thing..great work!...cheers planet :)
sounds like a neon groove on the spaced out highway of Now.Did you deliberately distort the sound ? or for effect ? curious wot it would sound like without distortion. peace and goodwill.
I really like your use of flange and phasing (or at least it sounds like flange and phasing) at the beginning to lead into the track. You have an excellent sense for bringing in and taking out the right elements at the right time which gives the track a great sense of continuity as it changes throughout.
On some kind of implicit level, I kind of did get a sense of dark pervading this track. But your sounds were like neon laser beams that ripped through the darkness until there wasn't much of it left. I love how this made me feel. Thanks for sharing.
Description : I HOPE YOU ARE NOT TO LAZY TO READ THIS xD
All started with a Future Bass Drum with Reverb at 140 BPM. It sound like Dubstep and then all go fast. A very Deep Synth Flute with Reverb as Bass. Hig Synth for the Melody. High Flute with Reverb for other. And High Wobbling Synth with stereo Phaser. Many Crazy Snares and lite Stick Hits as Percussion with Reverb. End a Pad with the same Stereo Phaser effect. Yeah thats it. I work 4 Hours at this Track. Sounds Like Future Bass or Dubstep with a lite Happy EDM touch. Please leave some Feedback. Which genre is this? Whats good , Whats Bad? You know what I mean :D
Description : here it is a quickly done mix for this demo//mash up electro clash sort of // with breakbeat // crunchy soundz and FX.
Now this track needs collaborationS !
like a punchy vox and some keyboard skills.
I may add some funky guitar at the very end ??
If some space still avaible in the mix...
Description : Update: big intro atmosphere breakbeat with evolving break patterns. I took off one of the synths and it sounds cleaner now. Also continued the track with another bassline /witch now I think it's kinda slow. Or maybe not ?/ I will appreciate every comments & advices.
Description : The classic disco song of the 70's done from a man's perspective, in a mellow semi-accoustic chill version. Original artist, Gloria Gaynor did this song in 116 bpm, I am doing it in 94 bpm. If I'm granted permission to post the acapella on this site, I'd love to hear what you guys can do with it.
:)
Thank you for the kind words

the breaks are awesome! and transitions top notch!
love this, the breakbeat at the start is killa, and then the house style beat later adds that variety!
