Description : Sounds a bit opposing of having this title with this song, but hope you all like it. Features kinda filthy wobble and the intro was hard to fit with this but I managed to get it right after while I think. Also excuses for being away for quiet some time, but I figured I should make a new song before coming back here so you don't have to see the same song all the time. Enjoy and leave a comment if you like.

I am digging the dark nature of the drum/bass combo here, very thought provoking! I'm fond of the arpeggios you've used too! Sometimes it takes some savvy programming to make sure your arpeggios are in key, I know how that goes... and it all depends on how you're doing the arps as to how you adjust them. You've secceeded in making a very laid back vibe in a dubstep setting, and that's always a good thing! Very cool stuff! Fave!

Wasn't too sure what was happening in the beginning segment. I feel that you could recompose it to flow into the second segment which is awesome, just like the last segment. A track with potential! - B.

Yeah maybe I should, it doesn't really fit in that great ;/ But I am glad you like the drop with wobbles. But this track was to see how you guys would enjoy a song kinda like this and to see if it could offer something good. When I get to working on something like this again I will keep the advice in mind ;)

Yo man, first off your wobble isn't in the same key as your intro. Second, your drums are burried beneath your wobble bass, try playing with the EQing more and or looking into a mild sidechaining effect. This track has potential.
johnnyproducing
johnnyproducing replied 21st Feb 2014 - 10 years ago
You are right that it's not exactly the same key, this is because the intro is an arp which changed the notes so it sounds off-key even though they are the exact same notes. I should indeed pay some more attention to the drums and I think sidechaining them would be beneficial in this track but I didn't really bother in this one ;p Just made this one for fun and experimenting. Thanks for leaving a comment and for the hints ;)

Hey behnam, great to hear that you managed to play it. I just did this track rather quick and maybe should have paid a little more attention on some pieces in it but more important I had fun making it and trying to get a song with 4 different components is not easy. Still glad you like it ;)

For the wobble I made one myself in massive haha, just playing around with filters to create a different sound during the song. The other leads are mostly from nexus I believe ;)
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the comment

I like this one..good intro (wave looks funky for the intro have you checked the DC offset on it?) And it leads to some cool wubba wubba d-step.
Good work

Description : Faking! - (Prod. BCI)

My first full song (10+ hrs of work) I've made in years.
I blended in a lot of Splice samples but the idea is completely original.

I know it isn't everyone's favorite genre of music but it's definitely mine

Any feedback is much appreciated

Description : If you're looking for Skrillex and his cronies, you've come to the wrong place. It's not that kind of dubstep. This track opens with a nod to my fellow Vault Dwellers and Wanderers of the Wastes, and transitions into a deep, dark celebration of the Horror movie genre. Some of you will get it. Some of you won't. Either way, I hope you all enjoy it. Thanks for listening. Take care. V.

Description : This is my new single! It's a little different style than I'd normally go for (deeper and darker), but I really liked the instrumental, which is my HakaN96, and just HAD to do something.

Let me know what you think of it! My mixing/mastering skills arent the best. I put the song under the Dubstep genre (because of the instrumental) but with all the singing i'm not sure if it's more popish or not. What do you think?

If you enjoyed the song please like my Facebook page! I would love to hear from you!

Description : yep, I made another one. I've been working a lot on my music lately, coming out with new songs in a day or 2 of making them. I took a snip of a minecraft youtuber's video because I got inspiration of another song, with.. the same snippet. I kind of copied the idea, but I didn't add too many vocals. Please, tell me if the mixing is right because something seems off. This is actually my first 6 minute song, idk if I did everything correctly layout-wise. (btw title won't let me put apostrophes)
