If you have time take a listen and give SubFreq some feedback.
Really appreciate it man. Originality and versatility are two key factors I tend to place the most emphasis on when experimenting with other genres. Artist/musicians such as Grotesk for example make this possible. The results(in my opinion at least) turn out to be really good, better than expected to be honest.
Grotesk is one mad talented dude. My only complaint is why only 2 minutes long? I would have loved another verse and chorus. But that's a good thing, always leave them wanting a bit more.
Really well done and you received good advice from radioilluminati. People have volume knobs and they can use them - that's why I can crank all of my equipment to 11 hahaha. Seriously, really good work. I hope all is well.
Thanks man! After listening to this track hundreds of times I felt that if I made it 2 minutes long it would increase the chance people would re-play it again. Agreed, Grotesk is extremely talented, after hearing the original instrumental I knew SubHuman could bring out it's full potential.
Howly cow this is powerpacked with energy that made my hair stand up the entire time. Very different and great.
I am like you. I despise fame, and I do know how the demonic music industry works, and yet I love making music, but my goal is not to become a star or famous. I think, it is some narcissistic BS to want fanes worshipping a you.
I will be the most undercover musician out there.
I have only one advice to you. Research dynamic range. You can stand out by being one of the first pioneers that not overcompress your music and bring it to life. If people love it, then they will turn it up. Radiostations will fix the levels so the overcompressed will sound flat compared to your music. http://turnmeup.org/
Thank you for the detailed feedback, gives me a much wider perspective on how I can stand out and improve without having some record label throw some chains on me. Will definitely research dynamic range. Have to agree with you though, we are the same in how both of us despise what the music industry does. Exploiting and monopolizing the influence music has over people is sickening. Again, thanks for the info!
Mike T. perfectly rep'd here. Is always dope to see Mike T while in his prime his energy was and still is unmatched. Those vocals didn't lack anything I agree he tore it up.
Dude that shit was tight as hell...I don't know what else to say...It made me wanna get up and punch a wall..I love the end when the guy say "Man I can't fuck with that" is this your beat?.

Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation. This beat is 9 years old, and gives you a sense of what it was like to be a young, passionate, musically driven teen. Thank you.

Description : I found this old track from 2013. A collab with looperman member Mr1Black.I used RarCharm vocals on the hook.MrBlack sent me his dry vocals and I mixed them in with the track..not the best job on mixing the vocals, or the beat but ,I still like it.
Description : Let me know what you guys think of this beat! I did not make the melodies for this song, LilTiddy created the two loops. I created the drums such as the 808, Kicks, Hi-Hates, Snares and claps. I also Mixed and Mastered the Instrumental.
