If you have time take a listen and give Anubis some feedback.
You have a great sense of the dissonant. The percussion reminds me a bit of Bear Mcreary's work on Battlestar Galactica. compelling cinematic exploration. I thoroughly enjoyed this.
Hi. More great work from you. I meant to review this a few days ago but forgot to.
0:34 big, low drum hits are great and 0:48 shakers really push this tribal ambient groove along nicely.
You don't really need much melody here. It's very primeval, ancient music. Very well produced and there's nothing I can really criticise. Definitely a lot like Dead Can Dance.
Here is something I'm convinced you will like as I believe you will hear the ancient tribal vibe in it.
It's the wonderful Indiana Jones theme tune slowed down by 800%.
If you think you might like to try taking audio and slowing it down by as much as 1600%, here is some free software you can use to do that. It's not a plugin you can use in your DAW (so I don't use it as much as I should) but it works well.
Nice drums, sounds like a battlefield backdrop.
It's not that easy making a drum based track but you've pulled this one of splendidly. The vocals compliment it perfectly.
I could easily see this being used in a movie.
Great stuff Anubis, really great stuff.

hey man
thanks for this feedback
I am honored with your words, this experiment without melodies have a different dimension, is something quite thematic.
enhances the tribal style.
This is a amazing and simple! Loved the ambience and the reverbs. I think the vocal was just fitting as well.
The tempo of the drums correlates to the heartbeat of someone escaping through the ancient forest that is filled with ancient spirits. Well done Anubis! - B.
Here, you scored an extra point, in my opinion ....
This is really of great consistency .... and the message you illustrated by these harmonies, these drums, voice also, is very well decoded (for me at least) This is music that allows imagination to escape ....
Still a good time here .... Respect.
Good luck with your future projects, with collaboration "made in Japan" ....
Percussion and vox reminds me of Bear McCreary and Richard Gibbs work on B. Galactica with there usage of percussion and leitmotif for each character or situation.
Unbelievable...the biggest success for the songwriter when the listener feels him or herself in the story or in the song...that happened to me...congrats...
Simply amazing...as always!! You surely know how to create a distinct atmosphere and to wrap it up with the flawless production...big well done to you, again!:)

Description : Ok...here it is! Another colab with maestro Tumbleweed! Ed provided the unfinished, basic track...I composed and recorded the long intro using different synths and then added piano (well to the fore) and some brass arrangements along the rest of the track (no violin this time...hehe) and then did the final mixing to wrap it up as it is presented now. I hope you will enjoy it and we both appreciate your listening time and your valuable comments:) Otherwise all thanks to Ed!

Thank you.
Description : Dark, slow, ambient, cinematic jazz with funereal piano turning into something much funkier, psychedelic and beautiful in the second half. Out of the darkness and into the light, you could say. Instruments: electric guitar + bass, lots of synth sounds, including a horn, double bass, another big legato bass, pizzicato strings, two types of piano, a heavily delayed slide guitar instrument, zither, synth arp, one brushy drum loop, kettle drum rolls and 4 programmed acoustic drum kits. This is quite a special track for me and is only the second I've put in the cinematic genre. The more you listen, the more it changes (it even has key changes) and the last three minutes are really quite far out and should probably be longer. Best track I've made for a few months. Interesting thoughts and reflections appreciated. Free sex for the best reviews...
Description : So a new track for everyone. Im pretty impressed by this one, and would even place it higher than one of my best tracks, Angel And A Demon. However, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should put vocals to it. I have some in mjnd, but idk if itd be better to leave as is and keep it instrumental or not. Take a listen and let me know! Also, let me know if anything is too loud, still working on my mastering.

Interesting you showing me this song.
because most of the times I test my music bpm reduced simply by curiosity.
[believe it or not, but 80% of my music has between 110 and 120 bpm.]
would be interesting to do a test to see which of these is the result.
In this song I had to leave the tune and enhance the battery to look like a theme getaway.
but perhaps the bpm should be much higher [or lower] lol.
but I found it interesting that you bring it up, is something with great importance in the composition.
Thank you man for leave a comment here,I appreciated
