Description : Although this is a brand new song, if you're over 35 and a musician, you've probably played many songs similar to this one. It's another 60s vibe which is quite usual for me. If any songwriters or singers want to tackle it, let me know and we can work something out. Love to hear your thoughts and comments.
Wow wow wow!
You really have captured the sixties sound here.
I love it and have downloaded it.

This track reminds me of Richard Hawley ...

He puts a lot of time and effort into getting a modern take on fifties sixties sounds.
Fantastic track you've done here.
I still remember your very first dissing comment to me on my 'covers' site when you said I need to 'GET IT TOGETHER.' See, I'm not such a terrible musician after all!
Anyway, 'water under the bridge,' so no heart feelings.
Yep, I recognize that guitar riff but i like the way you mixed this, with the organ and all. a professional mix, listing to the panning, nothing is jumbled and clashing with each other. nicely done!
only needs some vinyl noise and I feel we are in the 60`s and of course we got internet! anyway really nice timemachine you got here! Thank you for the nice trip! Cheers!
Real nice work !!..you can hear some 50's Doo Wop Style..and some country when the guitar kicks in......luv the sax work..
you nailed it bro.. keep em coming
Thanks allot, TG. Ya know, I debated about second sax, but decided to keep it. These were some loops I had. I couldn't find anything that worked perfectly, but these seemed close enough for jazz!
Very nice work on this one Scott. The only thing this one is missing is a good set of vocals. I agree with you, this really does sound like its a song from back in the day. I really liked the jazz feel you put on this later in the track, that really caught my attention.
Thanks for your kind words. You are right...I'd love to have some vocals on this and many other tracks of mine, but I put out the request, but to no avail. Do you sing? My collaborators and I would love to have you aboard, if you do.
Well it does definitely have a 60's vibe to it and the mixdown is nice and clear. I can't say as i've ever played a tune like this and i'm 39 so i must be missing something lol.
Anyway, i like the style of it and particularly the sax soloing.
This was a good listen and a very enjoyable piece.

Thanks allot, FR. I'm surprised you never played songs of this style before. It's kind of that, "House of the Rising Sun" type vibe which I think everyone has played at one time or another, but maybe I'm wrong.
Cheers,
Scott

Description : This one has been sitting on my computer for a bit now but didn't really like it. My friends say it can use some vocals and I think that is what this one needs. If there is anyone who wants to put some vocals on this, send me an email at .magic41151@yahoo.com. or post below. Thanks for tuning in and have a great day!
Hope you are all staying safe! I don't know about all of you guys but I was feeling really creative during this pandemic. Description : Based on excellent track by BradoSanz (nothing compares instrumental). I've added an intro, many sliced up vocals, audio effects, and some electric guitar. Includes loops: Holly's Within your soul, and 40A's Unstoppable.
Description : I usually do retro styles, but I found a great vocal track from an excellent artist, so thought I'd try something different and compose an instrumental track around it. It is an alternative or indie style track, so hopefully I did the backing for the vocals justice. My friend and collaborator, James (midiman007), did the wonderful guitar tracks...Thanks James. I hope you enjoy and leave a comment. Scott

Great production, as usual, and a nice composition. I love this kind of music, really brings you back to a simpler time. Excellent job!

I'd never heard of 'icecream progressions' but I googled it and I believe this track would fall in that category. Thanks for teaching me something.
