Description : This is not a epic track with epic drum and dark Egyptian themed masterpiece. There are no strings or sounds effects on that track. Also there are no choirs, brass, organ, cello, trumpet, tuba, harp, violins and Archeopterix (its a common instrument). You may hate that pretty low quality and short track with no epic sounds or even tempo.Do not write any comment or feedback. I hope I didn't describe this weak track. Please don't play it over and over again because you hate it. You can download this track for free. Finally I do not try to do reverse psychology to gain more fame or fav or plays!

Dissonance is nice. Not a fan of the basic brass Midi instruments. The chorus is nice but needs some processing to give it a less MIDI feel. Drums are epic though. And this is very cinematic, strings and percussion are also perfect as well as that organ at the end. Nice modal scale you use to give us that Sino-Hellenic sound. Over all a very nice choice to listen too this evening

"but needs some processing to give it a less MIDI feel"
can you explain me that part in more details ? the fact about the chorus turn around the same thing is to create a adventure feelings maybe I failed that part :(

Im agree with you the outro is neat and was a idea of asidRn.

Finally thanks for this constructive feedback I did use all my dark force to make this one and I glad even with minor problem you liked it.

Since The Hellquake is my baby I might try to fix those minor problem about the chorus and "making less midi feel"

Peace from Byleth to you dear cruce :)

Yes...It's a typical cinematic stuff...well composed and executed I think it would best fit in a movie with some historical theme....good work!

Compliments_____Orlando

Very clean sounding I like that reminds me of a " Ben Hur " kinda
groove...Nice...
I could see a King, pick one...Stomping around the Castal wanting
someones head...Hahahaha... :)
It has plenty of bottom end, most systems in Movie Houses will add
house EQ anyway, Freq graphics are always bumped in the bottom end...So it's best you don't add it...

I....LIKE IT...

Peace...TG.

Never saw Ben Hur but its seems to be a roman action movie like Gladiator.

And the "I could see a King, pick one...Stomping around the Castal wanting
someones head...Hahahaha... :)" part its not a bit sadistic anyay kinda funny to see those images XD

I can totally imagine this in a movie, certainly a scene during a war or fight of some kind. Your description was a bit confusing, but I'm glad I hit PLAY anyway. :-)

i liked this , especially mid part with mysterious sounds..
it can be weird but i imagined researchers who try to find the mystery of mummies and pyramids. :D

keep it up mate

Byleth replied 27th Jul 2015 - 9 years ago
Hello dear Prince, the mid part is also my favorite one I did a pretty well done progression also this change about the main melody who you hear multiple times

Also its not weird as there are a dinosaur growl in this music the researchers may try to find the only Archeopterix alive today and for sure there are enigma to solve in pyramids and one of them include a mummies :)

this could be a good plot for a movie

Again thanks for this good comment

take care

Description : Ok...here it is! Another colab with maestro Tumbleweed! Ed provided the unfinished, basic track...I composed and recorded the long intro using different synths and then added piano (well to the fore) and some brass arrangements along the rest of the track (no violin this time...hehe) and then did the final mixing to wrap it up as it is presented now. I hope you will enjoy it and we both appreciate your listening time and your valuable comments:) Otherwise all thanks to Ed!

Description : Dark, slow, ambient, cinematic jazz with funereal piano turning into something much funkier, psychedelic and beautiful in the second half. Out of the darkness and into the light, you could say. Instruments: electric guitar + bass, lots of synth sounds, including a horn, double bass, another big legato bass, pizzicato strings, two types of piano, a heavily delayed slide guitar instrument, zither, synth arp, one brushy drum loop, kettle drum rolls and 4 programmed acoustic drum kits. This is quite a special track for me and is only the second I've put in the cinematic genre. The more you listen, the more it changes (it even has key changes) and the last three minutes are really quite far out and should probably be longer. Best track I've made for a few months. Interesting thoughts and reflections appreciated. Free sex for the best reviews...

Description : So a new track for everyone. Im pretty impressed by this one, and would even place it higher than one of my best tracks, Angel And A Demon. However, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should put vocals to it. I have some in mjnd, but idk if itd be better to leave as is and keep it instrumental or not. Take a listen and let me know! Also, let me know if anything is too loud, still working on my mastering.
