Those drums are solid, clean, nice.. Good panning... I always find good panning helps with the head bobbing.. Oooh that guitar is fantastic.. Massively creative.. I was hearing a "boom, che che che che" then into some four to the floor kind of beat just before it finished... That was great, well done.
solid production. sounds great. I am enjoying the guitar solo a lot. And now a new idea/sound introduced at 2:00 in. You put together a nice track my friend. well done!
This is pretty darn cool man. Love the use of reverb on the horn, creates a spacious atmosphere and helps set the tone of the song. The feel, tempo, the instruments you chose, the uncomplicated but effective drums, the well placed and performed guitars, all of that and more make this totally worthy of a dl and fav!
Does your name refer to the Olds 442? Convertible by any chance? he
Wow thanks so much for your kind comments, very much appreciated Wayne.Unfortunately the name isnt as clever as that it was just a random moment as i joined the site. Thanks for all.
It's a good, fat mid tempo groove - the kind I like to play instruments along to.
1:08 that guitar seems a little dirtier and ballsier than some of your other tracks. Simple but with some chilled, tense attitude.
I'm a little disappointed that the drums never move off the hats and take the whole track bigger and more powerful. Move to ride plus some cymbal work could make it take off nicely.
Or maybe that's just my preference for how to make things more exciting in a track. And then you get to drop back down into the more steady, chilled hat.
So, at the end of this it still feels like it has many places it could still go so it doesn't feel complete. I know you prefer to do quite short stuff. But your music has a lot in common with mine so I'd like to hear you do some longer ones that are more of a journey and deep, varied trip.
Great to see you back!Honest heartfelt comments as always, yes maybe I need to produce longer tracks, the trouble with me is i just want to move on to the next project ha.Thanks mate.
some nice subtle placement of sounds on left and right. i like the pluck synth (?) a lot. very nice new section at 1:08. really moves the track to another level. neat guitar riffs. smooth job. fav!
Great sound mate! The mood is dark and tense, absolutely
matching cinematic genre...that guitar that kicks in at 1:18 is truly splendid! Excellent work...faved!:)

Description : Ok...here it is! Another colab with maestro Tumbleweed! Ed provided the unfinished, basic track...I composed and recorded the long intro using different synths and then added piano (well to the fore) and some brass arrangements along the rest of the track (no violin this time...hehe) and then did the final mixing to wrap it up as it is presented now. I hope you will enjoy it and we both appreciate your listening time and your valuable comments:) Otherwise all thanks to Ed!
Description : Just send me the link where you use that, please
Anyway, I'm looking for artists, especially doing melodic techno, deep house etc... to work in my music label called Chick Records

Description : Dark, slow, ambient, cinematic jazz with funereal piano turning into something much funkier, psychedelic and beautiful in the second half. Out of the darkness and into the light, you could say. Instruments: electric guitar + bass, lots of synth sounds, including a horn, double bass, another big legato bass, pizzicato strings, two types of piano, a heavily delayed slide guitar instrument, zither, synth arp, one brushy drum loop, kettle drum rolls and 4 programmed acoustic drum kits. This is quite a special track for me and is only the second I've put in the cinematic genre. The more you listen, the more it changes (it even has key changes) and the last three minutes are really quite far out and should probably be longer. Best track I've made for a few months. Interesting thoughts and reflections appreciated. Free sex for the best reviews...
This track is an elaboration of dgalantic’s track “Starting Over 0172257.” It is almost entirely comprised of loops by other artists on looperman. The newsreel in the intro section is from public domain footage of the Vietnam War. Prince Fatty chimes later in with some words of wisdom. The track was sequenced with Mixtikl and edited in Audacity.
Loops from the following artists are included:
1. ThatJeffCarter’s guitar “feedback 197765”
2. three of Nightingale’s harmonica trills: “angels 0088377, inner light 0088361 and never and never 0088366”
3. Heavily fx’ed vocal excerpts from Eshar’s “7th Dimension 0002644”
4. Dcmack’s rhythm loops “2 bass drums 1- 0085449, 2- 0085446, and 4- 0085448.”
5. Steelyvibe’s choral wash “luno frunezo 0005719”
6. Nightingale’s guitar loop “diving deep 0043488”
7. Rasputin1963’s chorals “ soul ladies gospel riff 0088641 and reggae soul girls choir 0087693”

Description : So a new track for everyone. Im pretty impressed by this one, and would even place it higher than one of my best tracks, Angel And A Demon. However, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should put vocals to it. I have some in mjnd, but idk if itd be better to leave as is and keep it instrumental or not. Take a listen and let me know! Also, let me know if anything is too loud, still working on my mastering.
Description : NEVER STOP DREAMING!

I also like your drum beats its pretty groovy and fit in perfection with the track.
For your intro its simple, clear and work in perfection. Just for that I fav your track !
This is very groove and in a way chilly but not realy dark (in my eys, but that dosen´t mean any at all)
I enjoyed the listen realy and the melodie gets me.
Good guitar playing. (did you done it by yourself?)
The mix is nice and sounds good on my (cheap) system.
Good work!
Only one thing that could be better is - make it longer :)

Absolutely movie soundtrack...that guitar is a thriller sound...:-)
Handshake, Danke
Lots of good grooves and 1:18 big guitar bend is a highlight. Good mix and cleanly produced.
I'll give you a fuller review another time, even though you didn't reply to my last one (for Internet, I think).
Congrats.
