Description : Here is a new song I recorded in my new studio. I played the electric guitars, acoustic guitar, bass, resonator, and sang the vocals, the drums are from Ez drummer. A few EQ issues in the bass department, I plan eventually fixing those as time passes. If you like the song feel free to download it.
Wow! I just came across this! I really dig the loosiness of the track. Feels raw, real. That bass provides a lot of punch and drives the heaviness into the song. Great work, always lovin' your stuff :) Btw, your mixing is improving!
In my opinion this is the best stuff. Raw, live human performances, imperfections only add to the beauty of it. My brother has been doing alot like this,(bluesdaddy80) just jamming on his acoustic and singing away. Very cool :D
Dont think like this man
who doesnt hate his voice?
its normal, cuz everyone think their voice are so bad
and they hate their voice
and I truely say
I liked your vocie
and I think your voice is beautiful
Kindest regards

Hey, thanks for taking the time to listen to the track. I am the singer, I write, play, and sing everything on my tracks. I wish I was a better singer, but at least I can some what sing in tune 50% of time :). Thanks again.
I`m diggin this one big time Kyle...it has a nice loose live feel...and I think that comes from just playing & singing the way you do....actually the production is pretty well done...(I`m listening on my studio headphones ..ATM-M50s)...nice job on the lyrics...I like the deep bass (I go for it often) so don`t tame it too much..You have a style I always enjoy.....well done...hope all is well down your way....Ed
Hey Ed, everything is good my way, just way more busy than I would like to be. Thanks for checking out the track and thanks for comments, they are always appreciated.
Hi, its great to hear some slide guitar on here.
I only listened to your song with my laptop speakers so no critique from me.
I feel like playing some slide myself now.
Cheers
DB
Thanks for taking the time to listen, I appreciate it. I didn't put the pro touch on the vocals to manually pitch correct them, but maybe some day :) I have a heck of a time trying to sing with headphones on.
I had a chance to listen on better system and I really liked the overall message and your vision.
However, my observation and complain is that there is no realistic separation between instruments (regarding to the arrangement and the actual placing the layers/players within a composition). This happened to me many times when making everything myself so do not worry.
For example: there are uncontrolled frequencies coming from the bass guitar clashing with other layers - especially with middle frequency range of the electric 'rhythm guitar' section. So as a result it sounds as if there were at least 2 different chord progressions played simultaneously but in fact those are only 4 simple chords basically.
Just my opinion. Not sure if the problem is in actual playing or mixing. Maybe both or somewhere in between.
Apart of all that the vocals are cool and I truly appreciate the work you did with songwriting as well as the fact that you performed and mixed everything alone. Didgeridoo teaser was nice as well as stereo illusion on it and I really liked all slide guitar additions throughout.
Hey,
I know what you are saying, I am hearing the clash on certain speakers that I have played this on. I will eventually go back and try to fix it after I have gave my ears a break from the track for awhile. Thanks for checking out the track.
Hey traz, no problem with the loops, I hope to have some time soon to create some new ones as well. The bass is a bit heavy, I plan on eventually going back and taming it down a little.
this is very fine and very bluesy. I am listening on poor laptop speakers now so there is not much to say in details.
I really liked what you did with EZ patterns - the slow tempo off beat sort of drumming works nicely. Interesting that you have both acoustic and electric guitars within the same composition - it is quite unusual but it really seem to work. I am going to download your song and will take a listen again later on headphones.
Congratulations on songwriting and production.

Description : There were two separate tracks in work, but who knows why I got tired with them and then decided to merge them (or at least what left from them) into one piece hence they originate out of same musical purpose. No worries...no world war was ment here, except my recent personal one...haha...and you don't want to know about it.:) It's not real etude by any means, yet it's quite alot about practicing...practicing...

Description : Again, another early production from like two years ago. I had a cheap little Yamaha acoustic guitar that I borrowed and mic'd and some congas that were given to me as a birthday present. I used my iPad GarageBand app to record the strings and the big bass drum thingy at the interlude and little electric guitar parts in there too haha. All the vocals were done by myself and my brother throws in some little things here and there with his voice :P Enjoy!
Description : A rhythm guitar track I made and sent to my cousin on the East Coast. Made with Tape-A-Talk app. from the Google Play Store. Download and collaborate with it.
Description : My very first acoustic piece in quite a while..
I hope someone grabs this and puts some vocals to it.
The software I used is Reaper, Addictive Drums and Gearbox.
Hardware is a Jackson RR3 plugged into a Line 6 Pod X3..
Description : Thats my newest Track all made out of free vst of the dsk series. Its a kind of chill out acoustic string thing that makes me thinking. Its very calm, inspirational and gives me power...
