Description : Something dark. A kind of a poem. Maybe not really music, maybe not really spoken word. In a trap style but no real trap. Hypnotic for sure. With a nice dark self made pad. I done this one for this Halloween forum thing but it is not really something just for Halloween ..... mmmmm .... maybe you just listen to it and maybe you understand what i wanted to say :) ---- you can find the translated vocals under the lyrics folder. Description : This song is my first attempt at trap(?) and was made ENTIRELY with Looperman loops in honor of this awesome site and also to demonstrate what you can do with Looperman loops :P. Compiled, edited/processed, mixed and roughly mastered in about 16 hours. I am collaborating with a Looperman rapper right now who will lay some verses on this and I will do the hook. In other words this is not a finished product just yet, but wanted y'alls opinions on it.
I was attempting to create a high-energy trap(?) beat with a blend of wubbiness. Let me know what you think.

I didn't know wich genre I should pick, because I tried to do this Dubstep Part but it still sounds pretty trappy, so I chose Trap.

Description : Step 1) Make a really repetitive beat (No Distortion).
Step 2) Make sure there's a long segment at the end of the beat of JUST THE BEAT because the actual song will only be like a min and 40 secs.
Step 3) For the "distortion", don't actually distort the beat. Most people think you distort the 808 to get the the XXXTENTACION sound, but that's wrong. Make sure the beat is PROPERLY mixed/mastered and THEN boost the bass frequencies until you reach your desired amount of distortion.

Cru mentioned Type-O- ... I would even go more back and compare this to Joy Division's work. Less punk and more electro, but with the same dark feeling to it.
Of course, also in this case we cannot say what would have become of them. Life is cruel, yes, merciless ;-)

That is for sure cause the 80's starts when i was 15 and i listen to industrial and ebm and dark wave and stuff all day then (to now). I like the picture that you talked about. Maybe it is a kind of an organic machine from outa space?

This track is only a try on what i could do with some new (free) vst's i got. So i produced just a (kind of a) dark pad, added a cool trap beat and looked for some lyrics i had who fits to the sound. recorded the vocals and mixed it all together ..... out came this track that fits in a way to this Halloween forum threat from Cru.
