Micky, nice and laidback chilled composition. Vocals and keys are paired perfectly. I haven’t heard the original before remastering but this is an superb mix.

Thank you Terry - all well here. It takes a lot of discipline to keep a good spirit with all that's going on recently. I hope I didn't cross the border to melancholy or kitsch ...
Regards,
Micky
Beautiful instrumentation, really exquisite work on the guitars and synth - tasty little lead line at the 3:30 mark. It is easy to see you have been doing this for a while. Your vocal work is pretty awesome as well. Since I'm an old guy who started rock and roll in the 60's I can really appreciate the 70's vibe on this one. Outstanding effort from start to finish. Really, really well done. I hope all is well.
Hello Bear, I very much appreciate your review. At the time I did this, I was really in some trance and everything came together in a way I don't understand. Like it wanted to exist and I could just watch it ... like ... somehow. It's miraculous what inspiration does sometimes.
Thank you so much,
take care,
Michael
I logged in just so I could tell you have so very refreshing this is!
The voice: soothing and solaceful...it's a word now. Hehe
The muzic: joyful and peaceful and soothing.
It has a 70's feel to it,
(made me think of The Brady Bunch and The Monkees)
back then songs were genuine, pure and did something for the soul. Kudos for capturing that for us! :-)
To hear from folks that this tune really has a positive effect on them and they're diggin it makes me very happy and is very rewarding. Yes, I tried to put as much emotion in word and music as I could, and was quite surprised for myself what came out.
Thank you so much for loggin in and tellin me, Patricia!
Take care
Very nice. That beginning of the last portion reminds me of "summer breeze" Isley Bros. How much of the production work do you do if you don't mind? Analog or digital? Nice work.
Hi Format. Thank you!
This was composed on guitar. I had those chords and just recorded them with electric and acoustic guitar to a simple beat, which I changed later on. Then I added the bass, live played of course. Then all keyboards/synths live. I prefer samples from real instruments! That melody after the verse is a combination of french horn and traverse flute). Oh yes, and then of course the vocals. So the only thing that was not played live are the drums, but they also took a lot of tricky handicraft.
Thanks for your interest,
keep well,
stay in tune,
heads up,
keep groovin,
bye bye,
Michael
Man, your work are incredible! One more masterpice! These vocals, these guitars, the percussions are very nice!
The delay effects were also in the measure.
Hi Jynxz! Thank you very much, mein Herr!
To hear that from the greatest tamer/trainer of musical material means that with this song I didn't spoil the test completely ...

Awesome, sort of Floyd like, Queensryche silent lucidityish... ... and someone else I can't quite put my finger on. age catching up I guess. it will come to me. Maybe a little Stevie Wonder meshed with the stone roses. Great song, every part of it made me smile for a bit.
Steve
Hello Steve,
hope you're still doing well and don't suffer that much from the circumstances we're all in recently.
Thank you for the compliment.
With this song I had to watch like hell not to slide completely over into a Kitsch thing, but the combination of french horn and traverse flute came in like a ghost and avoided that. Phhhhh. Maybe some herb helped, too.
Hey I really love your choice of fav albums: For Your Pleasure - my gosh, Roxy Music; along with Spirit Of Eden - another fav of mine and Chic - the gods of sophisticated dance.
Keep well,
Michael
WOW! this just refreshed! the whole of LM atmosphere, what a breath of fresh air. Very uplifting, so much so, that taking a trip on a yacht and simply sailing away would be the ultimate perfect! thing right now...Absolutely! BRILLIANT! work here Michael and of course your vocals are always GREAT! to hear. Stellar! Work indeed.
Hey Sweetcherries,
now your words are doing for me what I intended with this song to do to others. Thank you so much.
Stay healthy and creative!
Michael
Progressivity on it's best...I know the example is not good but I remembered Rush ...of course in feeling but in some musical solutions, too...all in all, this is truly outstanding...did you play those guitars?
Very cool. I love hearing the fret noise and finger sliding. The stereo effect at 2:04 sounds awesome. The variety of instruments is fantastic. Great song.
Thank you, HeathAlexander
yes, some people say, that one should avoid finger sliding and fret noise, but I keep that with the friendly painter: we don't make mistakes here - just happy little accidents ;o)
Keep well,
Michael
Description : Sounds of the sea and trippy acidy washes with a cool beat and some live acoustic guitar. Written in Cubase with live guitar and keys etc. The sound of the sea and birds was recorded on the beach where I used to live. After moving to the city one sunny day I was telling stories to a friend about living by the sea and started making this track.
Description : This improv recorded a few years ago powered my interest even further than I expected.....recorded using tc electronics pedal and tascam studio recorder and a Fender Squier tele electric....
Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.
Someone else wrote the words, I was just inspired to use them. I only added the "Yeah" and "Amen."
Description : This is a track off of one of my EP's I dropped last year. It is based on True events. Sometimes when people finally take a second in life to slow down and breathe in..... The oxygen is deflated and it's too late. Take your time people, because time is what differs a good decision over a bad one. Life is precious!

Description : So a guy buys a nice guitar at a pawn shop but returns it a few days later after waking from a sound sleep to hear it playing by itself. When he tells of his experience he is shocked to learn the owner had actually died while playing it. Is it fantasy or truth? Is the guitar in this track that very same guitar? Its all part of the mystery and fun of Halloween !
EDIT: modified ending to a deeper voice
Description : This track describes a magical state that I experienced a long time ago. Maybe you also know the feeling that you can't describe something like this with words ... luckily we have the music for it!
Description : So this is my first Chill Outish track. I was just trying something new and then suddenly this was a thing. Everything you hear is home made. I hope you enjoy. - Mr. Spook'd
Description : That's something i worked out lately
a swing 3/4 hip hop Chill ?? Don't know how to describe this kind of music.
Anyway VOICE NEEDED

Description : A progressive journey incorporating deep ambient chillout, swing jazz, hip hop, d'n'b, trance and a slight touch of acid with a thousand ninjas battling in space. Features a great deal of my lead slide resonator guitar playing. Also a whole load of synths, programmed acoustic drum kits and manipulated drum loops, big basslines, regular electric guitar, vocoded guitar parts and bass guitar (distorted right at the end). If you like deep chill, far out soaring beauty, fat beats and 170 BPM uplifting slide trance controlled mayhem, you might just get into this. In my heaven there is an endless supply of honey mangoes (an exquisite beauty of the fruit world) and even more slide guitar. A 1,000-year-long version of this track plays there on a loop (long enough not to get bored of it) but here I offer you the Earthly 11 min version. You must be very good to be accepted into my heaven to hear the full thousand year version so best start now. It may be heaven's main theme tune but it's not above criticism so feel free to let me know what you think of it. Maybe you prefer the soundtrack in hell. I hear it's pretty badass...
