Hello boD, thank you for the kind words. I wish it was actually professional, but unfortunately I can't afford professional equipment at the moment, so I'm just trying to make the most of what I have. I'm glad you like it.
Always appreciated!
Thank you for listening. For me it's still unbelievable that someone on the exact other side of the planet hears my music and even likes it! Greetings from Germany, Micky
Dang, this is gooood Micky! Vocals and the backups are great, the music, in general just lifts you up and the rhythm, the beat keeps the song driving forward. The mix is solid, the effects are panned well and everything has it's place. Well done man!
Hi Wayne, I really appreciate the kind words from a musician as talented as you are. I'm always happy when you like a song of mine and that my disco-heavyness doesn't get on your nerves ;)
Cheers,
Micky
Yes, that's me, myself & I on vocals. At some point I got fed up with always looking for free accapellas and started trying to sing myself. This gives me better opportunities to create a song with my own lyrics. Although there are very talented singers here who kindly lend their accapellas, such as Patricia. But having my own vocals gives me more freedom somehow...
Thank you for listening!!!
Cheers,
Micky
Hymn to aton "Thou hast filled every land with thy beauty. Thou art gracious, great, glistening, and high over every land; Thy rays encompass the lands to the limit of all that thou hast made ..."
I dont know Micky - I like it but that's probably too generous ; )
Of course you are right - in this old form the hymn is certainly rather ominous. But that's why I wrote my own little version - it's meant to be much friendlier and more modest:) Thanks as always for listening.
