However, when the drums start you'll see the UV meter stick sold on the red, without any movements, I do understand however, when the music is loud it sounds so much better.

I seem to be one of the types here that make Phonk without the bells quite often. While I do like the craft, I'm not into the Russian Drill Phonk scene like most here. My influences are DJ Yung Vamp, JUSTIN ROLAND, MENTHALO, BERRYMANE and multiple others. They pretty much got me this far, to which I just love about it. I recommend checking their work. well worth it!
