Description : A song about one's own transience, about the transience of all things...
Inspired by the poem "Ueber die Heide" (Theodor Storm, Husum/Germany 1875), which I encountered for the first time at the age of about 5 to 6 years and which deeply impressed me; and very especially the last two verses of this poem:
“Waer ich hier nur nicht gegangen im Mai!
Leben und Liebe - wie flog es vorbei!”

about your comment I was really very! pleased, quite many thanks.
In the comments to your songs I read somewhere that one is often uncertain in the assessment of their own works; and I can only confirm that. Since a feedback is indeed always very helpful.
Yes, indeed, I am always very careful that my respective works mostly follow a melody, but are at least overall harmonic/melodic, and you are right: voice, organ and strings (violin).
By the way, visiting your account, I gradually became more and more awestruck. Compared to your complex works, mine are then kept quite simple. My technical skills do not give more there so far. But I have anyway meanwhile - quite generally - the impression that the "simple" melody finding is obviously then not so simple, because these are basically underrepresented everywhere.
Once more, many thanks and best regards from Germany to New Zealand.

Description : Hi, I just had to try and do my own type of music tribute to the sad and unfortunate events in Manchester the other night
I start the song off with a type of music box to represent like a young child and then i go into a violin strings to try and set the sadness and then after a while i used some soft drum and clicks to represent time ticking and then with just the piano and then in the middle of the track it picks up pace a bit and i decided on this because to represent the strength of the people that will stand strong and i once again also put the music box in with this and my reason was to be strong for the rest of the children and then i finsh up with the piano again and the ending on the drum to remember the lives sadly lost and a type of silence if it were
i really feel so sadened by this event and it trully has me in bits
may we all come together and forever be strong and stand up to these horrible people who think they can destroy us and our children and families and loved ones

Description : Recorded this a while ago.. Raw, lovely.. I'm an electric guitarist so this is unfamiliar territory for me... I always wanted to master classical acoustic and I will one day. Video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMt7o3ty9pw *Edit* Despite this being painfully obvious, this is not my composition, it's an effort to learn classical guitar and note the progression for future nostalgia.. This site is making me think I should give the anti-vaxxers some credence. Ffs.
