i just seen this comment Rita, as i was just making space too bring new tracks, ours too, that will be soon, apologies for being late, pro one day lol, hopefully, and you are just hot at the minute you are
Very well done, I like this music but unfortunately I am not capable of creating a decent hip hop song. I do like your accent too, very theatrical to me, meaning it's of a special performance.
thanks for the positive feedback Anthony, i was a complete novice myself 4 years ago, the community guided me with feedback and helpful advice to improve, im sure as you improve your skills you will be able to achieve what you wish, you bring some great stuff mate don't do yourself down and keep sharing
Good morning Paul, I hope you saw this crazy game. What madness! You can't imagine what was going on here!
But it's the first step towards your dream final. Now you just have to follow!
We stayed overnight at a friend's house and are about to head home.
Then we'll talk about music again.
Have a nice Sunday, the hoarse Manuela
crazy game, great atmosphere, disallowed goals, fortunate penalty, game suspended for player safety, wow the lighting and torrential rain. im a huge football fan, but VAR has ruined the spectacle, i loathe it. this was not how we were told it was to be used, basically more greedy bastards making money from an already expensive sport, accidental handball has been a thing from the very first game played, VAR needs removing altogether, football isn't tennis or rugby, if something isnt revised mark my words, they'll start showing commercials, while Var are reviewing, its all about the money these days not the game. im so glad you won, the longer the home nation stays in the better the tournament for me, today we HAVE to turn up because our current form stinks. for my dream final both our sides need to improve to win it
nice to see you Koga, just listened to yours again :)
thanks for the checkout, ive been doing a few indie tracks with Cyberflares recently an alternative to my rap if you get a chance have a listen bro, thanks for you time again bro
Yes, you're so right! The forum is incredibly important. I think I'll have to write a message again. However, I haven't even received a reply to my last message yet.
This afternoon I'm going to Dortmund with my husband. Somehow he got tickets.
wow your husband has done well getting tickets, they are so in demand. i hope its a great result for you and a good game, i'll be watching, so dont be running on the pitch causing trouble :)))
i like to see the hosts do well staying in keeps the country buzzing too, we are on the opposite side of the draw and could could go all the way its an easier side but we need to start playing performances have been poor so far and we are pissed with the tactics our 3 games stank but we know we can beat anyone on our day, i'd love to meet Germany in the final and of course win, but have a great day you probably will read this when your home, heres hoping its the right result for Germany
wat up Paul, man everyttime i hear something new from u, i can tell ur having a blast. and with good reason. Youve improved on just about every level there is to improve, and its on full display. And i especially appreciate how eager u are to help newer producers learn, jus being a true Boss and im glad that we've grown our skills and talents right alongside one another, right here in this lovely community. i cant say enough good things aboout u paul. well FFnn done. -Aaron PS i have a friend who lives in the UK as well, and hes eager to learn. i mentioned that i knew someone more local to him who might not mind showing him some stuff. Id like to introduce him, but only with ur permission
thanks Aaron, its all about havin fun, yes we want the best results we can achieve but keeping it fun is important too.
thanks for the props on my progression. its a lot quieter these days which is a disappointment, i try to stimulate growth by being positive and giving back, i do like the community but i also like to remind people that playing a part is important its good for your soul too, your a great artist who i like to share listen and communicate with. give your friend my mail address and tell him to get in touch of course i'd be happy to give him some help, what part of the UK does he live ?
ive found loads of issues with the update, the last week lots of things just dont work properly, but the return of a forum is so badly needed. i have learnt loads and i want to be able to pass it on to less experienced artist, i dont know any other site on the internet where they have communities that there isnt a page to communicate with each other, thats the whole point, hardly anybody takes part these days, they need to start listening to their artists they have nothing without us, i think they value the sponsors more than the people who upload, hence why the community spirit is poor, just remember the people who run this site make money of their sponsors, its our work people are here for they dont bring anything and their feedback is poor with no explanation as to why we haven't a forum
Hello Paul,
I would like to respond to your reply to my post. Hello Paul, I would like to respond to your reply to my post. To help others, I would like to quote the best sound engineer I know. He once said that the mix is the stage where the music plays. The master is the light that makes everything more beautiful. He said that with a good mix, only minimal effects are needed for mastering.
thats so true, You have been encouraging me to use less, especially EQ, i think i have a better knowledge now, a use to wing it a lot, but i now know why im using what i use and why, delay and reverb i used to use to much i have more control with it now. using buss channels has been a huge eye opener for me the control you have. all my focus used to be on trying to improve my vocal, but ive realised that the engineering is far more important my voice is what it is i can make it sound ok but very few fx are needed on the master, if you get the mix right.
i tend to use a tiny bit of compression take off the low end below 60hz and soft clip the highs and use stereo separation and frequency shifting and wave shaping just small thngs that give a clearer sound on my master always use a limiter too usually use ducking for vocals but open the compression bring the threshold down to zero and then alter the ratio to get a good balance,
thats my accent Oli, Elixir natures juice :)) its my nectar that gets ya
my vocal processing was your influence on Symphony, on our next project i'll pick your brains on your approach to vox processing and your mastering as im impressed with your results you will always be in charge of that area on our work and you can also tell me i little about your radio show, i done a bit myself when i was at college, speak soon mate
Great track paul what i think is good you mixed it up with the music genre which is good for practice but when you have came back to your rapping its even better well done you and well done legend for the music cooollllllll
thanks for the check Robin, ive done vast amounts of research on engineering music theory etc and timing is the most important factor, if thats off no matter how good your voice it will sound bad, not that mines good :)) i use to be guilty of just uploading and then altering it when i thought i spotted something, my whole approach is different now, the writing and singing/rapping is a couple hrs max start to finish from nothing. then i start tinkering over the next fews days just coming back and having a listen a tweak here and there, then do something else keep coming back with a fresh pair of ears, i can be working on 4 at a time so i never get writers block trying to stay creative
Hello Paul, I think there is a lot of British black humor hidden in these lines! It's also nice to hear a rap from you again, although I also like your singing. But you are really unrivaled in rap. Great song, restrained but effectively mixed and mastered - just as it should be! Best wishes, Manuela
theres humour in there alright Manu, little pokes made to sound funny, i liked my vocabulary choice everything rhyming with the title, far more restraint, less is more, im learning that. i write some great lines but if they dont fit i drop them, im the same with mastering now too, if theres no need, there simply is no need i find clearer sound and clarity now with my mix and master

Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation. This beat is 9 years old, and gives you a sense of what it was like to be a young, passionate, musically driven teen. Thank you.

Description : I found this old track from 2013. A collab with looperman member Mr1Black.I used RarCharm vocals on the hook.MrBlack sent me his dry vocals and I mixed them in with the track..not the best job on mixing the vocals, or the beat but ,I still like it.
I love this beat.
When i see your views and downloads from the time i was not here you become a pro in that time uhmm??
