If you have time take a listen and give DarrenHirst some feedback.
It's the croquet on the lawn...It's the carousel at the fayre..It's the twirling ballerina in the music box....Lovley, bright and delightfully twee. I enjoyed listening. Kay0s
Hi there DarrenH.....Just listening to tracks on the loop and decided to check this out....not exactly a classical listener but know one when I hear it and this is classic classical.....it's a good track......good job my friend.
Lovely. Going into spring here in NZ so this seems to go with my season. I've had a couple of attempts at doing something in 3/4 time, not classical, but nothing stuck. It's quite hard I think. Cheers Zoot
I hope you continue to use your talent and continue your work. I wish you all the best. Thank you for your compliments and
have a nice weekend,
Manuela.
Well, wonderful! I think it was about time someone on LM took on this kind of music. Jumping straight into a 3/4 time signature is quite something! I know from experience how challenging it is to work in waltz time. Its all the more delightful that youve managed to create such wonderfully lively music. However, you should continue to work on the song. It lacks a bit of depth, which could be beautifully achieved by incorporating, for example, a cello. You could also extend the musical arc and construct a grand finale by expanding the orchestra with brass instruments, etc. So keep going, its worth it! You have the right sensitivity because you seem to truly create what sounds good and dont get confused by scores.
I wanted to play an instrument at school but my teachers said no. I ended up creating melodies in my mind.
When I hear a loop from Looperman a melody just pop in my head to go with the loop.
I'll hear a melody in my mind I then put it down in FL studio that's how I can up with the waltz.
I will recreate the waltz and add other instruments like people have suggested.
I'm a noobie I can't read music or write music and music theory it might as well be rocket science.
I know what sounds good to me I've aways loved music since I was five. I've listened to every type of music going.
I love musicals I adore them especially Carousel. I listen to them and how they start and they they don't get boring.
My mom used to say when I was five I'd be humming music or singing songs.
I will recreate the waltz and add a lot more instruments. I'm also listening to Mozart to see if I can make a small tune like him.
Thank you for your reply. You also have a fantastic voice and your sister too.
All the best.
Hey, some positive vibes here. I like the classical snippet. I love to use it in the future to put some interesting sound surroundings over it. Many thanks for this. Cheers, Oli
I've heard two classical pieces in the featured list in just the last week or so. This one, and a piece by Debussy that Doudei performed. In the almost 13 years that I've been on looperman, that's the most classical music I've seen pop up. I welcome it. Personally, I'm hoping to see more. More classical, and more Heavy Metal. Kind of widen the horizons back up around here like it used to be years ago.
Anyhow, this is a nice little piece. I was hoping to hear some cello or bass come in with some sostenuto to contrast and compliment the viola's staccato. Even without it, it's still an enjoyable piece.
If you still have this FLP, do you plan of working on it some more? If so, I'd love to hear what you come up with. Also, which VST are you using for your strings?
Two hard drives died and took two terabytes of my work. I had to start all over and create all over again.
I loved the tune it got a good response from people. A lot gave me advice but were taken back when I told them I can't read or write music or know music theory.
I just know what sounds good but I like classical music so I will just have a listen and create something.
I never knew people loved classical so I'm going to make another. The strings I use is Spitfire Albion one.
Really happy you like the tune a few on Reddit liked it too but they gave me a lot of advice but I'm a newbie and told them that.
They said I was really good for a newbie that didn't know how to read or write music or know music theory.
A lot thought I was telling lies. Anyway thanks for the reply and if I make one I will put it here.
Thanks again.
that is a lovely piece of classical music Darren, love the strings and brass sections of an orchestra you could add a grand piano and a bass drum to calm the catchy high melody, it brought a smile to my face too, we dont get much classical, good share mate, well done
I lost two hard drives on the same day with loads of FL Studio FLP'S.
I keep finding tunes on memory pens so the god ones I will upload here for people to use.
I love classical music its such an inspiration for my music I make. Its a shame I lost the files or I could have added a piano.
So happy you love the tune it means a lot. I also love your music too.
Take care my friend.

Description : Hi, I just had to try and do my own type of music tribute to the sad and unfortunate events in Manchester the other night
I start the song off with a type of music box to represent like a young child and then i go into a violin strings to try and set the sadness and then after a while i used some soft drum and clicks to represent time ticking and then with just the piano and then in the middle of the track it picks up pace a bit and i decided on this because to represent the strength of the people that will stand strong and i once again also put the music box in with this and my reason was to be strong for the rest of the children and then i finsh up with the piano again and the ending on the drum to remember the lives sadly lost and a type of silence if it were
i really feel so sadened by this event and it trully has me in bits
may we all come together and forever be strong and stand up to these horrible people who think they can destroy us and our children and families and loved ones
Description : my brother gave me a new piano on kontact...i was blown away by the sound...could hear the pedals the wood etc....this was first thing i played last december...my brother dave said its good n my dad came up with title...i still like it
Description : Recorded this a while ago.. Raw, lovely.. I'm an electric guitarist so this is unfamiliar territory for me... I always wanted to master classical acoustic and I will one day. Video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMt7o3ty9pw *Edit* Despite this being painfully obvious, this is not my composition, it's an effort to learn classical guitar and note the progression for future nostalgia.. This site is making me think I should give the anti-vaxxers some credence. Ffs.

Description : I'm an English teacher for Spanish speakers and I actually used this in the classroom while the students were doing a 5 or 6 minute writing preparing for a conversation activity.
Thank you my friend.
I wonder how many Mozart scrapped?
Thanks for the reply my friend.
