wow - great depth and wondrous layers of (exotic)sound, beautiful staging and amazing production and great melodies and structure - so professional!
What a treat - 5 minutes never went by so quickly : )
Hi Oli, that sounds wonderful, all of these sounds are so well placed... a real cinematic experience. Reminds me a little of some of Matthias Heilbronn's work... that bass is brilliant. It can go on like this all night long...
Cheers,
Micky
Beautiful ! It is a very well made song, with this ethnic flavor of eastern music. Your vocals excellent as always. I really liked this journey to Sheba's world.
Wish you the best, Anthony.
Wow this is amazing!!!
everything is just perfect.
The voice ,the rhythm,everything.
But now you need to tell me...where didd you get the eastern sounds from.
In Fl 20 i had eastern one but some how my fl21 dont accept it and many other synths he dont accept.
hey buddy,
that is a great production! made me get up and dance around!
love the eastern vibes. very clean and energetic mix. i didn't hear the previous version, but the extra effort was definitely worth it based on how good it is now.
i wasn't kidding when i said i had to get up and move to the beat. i've been to hundreds of trance and minimal parties in my 20s and 30s. every weekend we would head out, usually to the woods, mountains, or a lake - wherever a party was happening. and this track took me right back there. it's fully ingrained in me - when that slightly pump-y, bouncy beat hits, my monkey brain just can't resist bouncing along with it. that's a feat not easily done. chapeau, expertly done
Oli really nailed the music so well on this - he really will appreciate that it hit the spot so well, with you. Thank you so much for feeding back. Kay0s
Oli, the rumble is perfect in my opinion. It really helps fill it out without any clutter. It makes the song much larger. The bass gives the whole thing that bottom end that it needed. Did you custom build the rumble? If so, you did a good job. The EQ'ing and the reverb are clearly present, but not overpowering, and it doesn't make the mix sound muddy.
Yeah, I think you did a great job with it!
Again, take care.

I really love the vibe of this - reminds me a little of Robby east. You should try using some more minimal percs and shakers to really highlight the vocal. Thats my 2 cents (I know you didnt ask) great mix too
Hi 500cc, your feedback is always appreciated. This time we decide to go dancefloor. But you are perfectly right, using just soft percussions would also work. Cheers, Oli
This was good before, but it's way better now.
I've always liked longer songs. Too many times you'll just be really getting into it and then it's over. It's always better when you can really take your time and feel the groove long enough to make it worth it. Once you find that "zone" you don't want to leave too early, ya know? I've never understood how people can like a song, but then say it's too long.
Anyhow, did you add some rumble to the kicks? It seems to be much, much heavier on the bottom end, and much more balanced and full, as well. It seems to be complete now.
Excellent work!
Take care.
V.
Hi VD. many thanks for your input. Yes there is much more going on at the bottom end of the Kicks. I added also some bassline. Is it too much rumble? I found I need to train my ears more for low ends and may get some other monitor speakers. Cheers, Oli
You are one to watch! Wooo! the beat is infectious and got me dancing! wow! I'm so impressed with the productions you have been putting out and this one is definitely hitting my ears and hips just right making me move! :) Bravo!
Wow that's so good to hear from someone with your talent - thank you so much. the musical side took a long time to perfect but it was worth the effort. A super-extended version will go on Bandcamp later. Have a blessed day and thank you for your ears and kind comments. Kay0s
wow guys great work KayOS the queen of Sheeba, its a dance hall banger, great eastern work Oli, Kay you certainly enjoyed yourself on this, it shows, great mix and production Oli, its mint clean
Glad you enjoyed the stroll along the Nile, through the dunes to the Prince's castle with us! Oli worked so incredibly hard on this and we are so pleased it is appreciated. Kay0s
Wowzers! This genre is all you! You definitely know how to get the party started and you ain't no amateur you a veteran at this! The way you implemented the Middle Eastern sounds really displays your skills!
Hello, my friends, Its an intriguing musical journey from the Middle East, across the Bosporus, straight into the European club scene. A great mix, with an interesting music/vocal combination of excellent quality. Its a lot of fun to listen to the song and move to it.
Best wishes, Manuela
this is a very cool trach Shhh sheba your vocals fit well to the track you both have done a great job on this i can see how my vocal might fit in. Love it :)
i can feel my finger tips running through the sand as i listen to this now thats how to be taken on a journey oh there comes the flying carpet im off :)
Thank you for your kind, supportive words. The journey is so important to us, as it is for you and I'm glad you found the Magic Carpet. Make sure you don't lose it though or you could end up stuck in Egypt unable to get back home! Kay0s
Hey, how ya doin? This is a decent track. I do like the the middle eastern flare in here. Your mixing of the modern sounds with the more traditional was done well. I think, and this is just my own preference, I would have added some low-end underneath it all. Like a soft reese, or a sequenced bass line. Or both alternating. But, like I said, that's just my own thing. I still love it just how it is.
Good work, keep it up!
Take care.

Thank God I listened to this on the studio monitorsgreat intro! You cant go through the desert without taking a nap near the vegetation around the oasis and listening to this, of course. Ill keep the rest of my imagination to myself, haha. This is a hot piecelike hot lava! I love this, Kay0s this grinds well
Well I can tell you had lots of fun making it. I love music from different cultures.
I made some Indian melodies on an Indian instrument and the ones that downloaded it the most were people from India.
I must be doing something right.
Thank you so much for your encouraging words. This track does hold a special place in our hearts because Eastern music is a new foray for Kay0s and it was so exciting to make it.

This is the rough draft. To hear the final version, you can find the official release on streaming services and bandcamp.
Description : As promised, here's my first ever future bass track! I liked the challenge and must say, I enjoyed every second I spent making this. Y'know it's good to have breather once in a while from the wild beats of dubstep. HOPE YOU BUDS ENJOY! I'm effin out!
Description : R&B Dubstep. Loops and VOX featured are by:
Joe Funktastic
Kiestyle Productions-slushmello
Dubstep drums from several sources
And a whole host of other Loopers.
I've decided to branch outside of my comfort area (jazz and classical music).
Description : Hey, I haven't uploaded in a while, but I thought "why not make a future pop/EDM song?" I hope you guys (and gals) like this, and I actually want someone to collab on this track. Whether female or male, doesn't matter. I'm going for something like In The Name of Love by Martin Garrix & Bebe Rexha, or Happier by Marshmello & Bastille. DM me so we can work something out.
SPOTIFY, APPLE MUSIC, SOUNDCLOUD: hobewan - burned too many
future bass/melodic dubstep/emotional trap? been going through a rough time lately but things are starting to look up and this song is an expression of that. let me know what you think!!
Description : just something to get the party started ;)
i used 3 loops from looperman and added some of my own stuff:
1. woozybeats - digitalien (main melody)
2. psytrance bass
3. murdabeatz type drums with 808
its free to use and royalty free, key is d and it´s at 140 BPM.
Description : So I'm going backward... This was my "Demo33" that I made back in 2020 Feb. This is an EDM/Trap track. I love the drums in it. My favorite to make was the first chorus. The compression is so good, and the part before the last chorus is also amazing. It already has a finished lyric and vox, but unsure about posting it, so I just post the beat.
The BPM is 117 and as I remember the key is Ab major.
If you use it, don't forget to tag my name! (ft. Rivus)
What a treat - 5 minutes never went by so quickly : )

Micky

You've covered Egypt perfectly with all the instruments plus added some spice with extras.
Brilliant tune my friend.
