Description : It is a blend of somehow modern sounding with classical instruments and vocals. It is an older song of mine that I felt I should share with the LM community this period of my life where changes have happened. It is nostalgic and there's a flavor of mystery and agony along with sadness and hope as well. It is more cinematic than classical as a genre and to my ears is theatrical. Thanks and enjoy.

It's interesting Ant, that you mentioned that quote from Socrates. That is what made me fall in love with philosophy hearing especially his contrast to the mythology structure society and the absolute hypocrisy it is explaining this to literally everyone but my favorite aquarius who taught me that ignorance is bliss. But it seems I have forgotten my reply.

""I think therefore I exist" what creates thought is knowledge itself together in the universe. Without reference I may never understand God... Without God my reference is nothing but ambience.... Like scratching the fabric with yellow crayon no matter how thick and dark the paste it will glow and without limit to the lines though it will blur the thin white fabric just a little..... However on an absolute buffoonary scale when switching to the white crayon mixing all of that and you have the fog of ignorance and knowledge.... The Silver Creation."

Hello again
It is a rather old piece of mine this one and yes it might be different from what I usually upload, simply because I must have changed too. It is part of me though, even if lots of its parts are actually some kind of improvisation. Consider it a photograph.
Thank you Rita, thank you for your visit

Made me feel a fable tlc sense and vibe of direction. What is a villain but a poor man's savior? And a hero but an asskisser never to save the poor?

Thanks so much for visiting to listen to my music.
Well "All I know is I know nothing" and this can be easy or it can be hugely difficult. It is our two-fold world that looks for black or white, good or bad and so on. We can't say 'I know some of it", it's either we know or we don't know. In a technocratic theatre that resembles a way of living, there is yes or there's no and that's it. But actually in mho we all know part of it. Possibly there are no masters or masteries and that's because there's always a flow, changes to come and reveal new worlds of knowledge, and the poor become rich. When it comes to feelings it is even more difficult. We feel either happy or sad. We don't always manage well these feelings but it is so difficult not to find ourselves in such a position during lifetime. So binary again, like the computers language...The Savior teaches the way to eternal happiness, even if the road you have to choose not always the easy one. Two-fold again..easy, difficult, true or false, life or death....Death seems to be the final act, but we see what we can see, or to where we look. Have you ever heard about Plato's cave, it is a perfect example of how different truth might be. I am just trying to understand the vibe of direction, of course the savior but the poor man too. You raise philosophical questions that I cannot answer, but I am really content my music comes with such a load, to your eyes.
My best regards, Anthony

hello Anthony, lovely opening keys, i thought this is different from my bro, then you go drop the cello, that lit the lights the curtain opened wide, and your theatrical production began, the vocals dropped at the very right time, you achieved a great score here, i'll give the picture in words.

the little old guy, lets say a Tailor, struggling to make ends meet, a huge order to meet, works till dark, his graft laid everywhere, part finished jackets trousers shirts etc. tape measures scissors of all size. needles and bobbins of thread everywhere.
he puts on his overcoat to leave for the day its dark he blows out the candle as he closes the door behind him and locks it, he turns to cross the cobbled street, the candle re-lights and the clothes come to life the needles thread themselves and stitch all the garments together, all slide on to hangers and on to his clothes horse ready for his arrival the following morning. well it is coming up to Christmas so im just adding some magic my friend :)

What a great musical movie for the Christmas period indeed!! I do hesitate though to consider my music as capable of such a role, I think it is immature in comparison to real (professional) composers works. But O.K I think we all have the right to have our dreamy momentsThank you Paul, your imagination has been so creative with my music, real thanks.
Best wishes, Anthony

Hello Anthony - I always enjoy your pieces, I really do think much of it would be at home in a video game. From the way ur songs pull on the imagination and emotions. And what could anyone hope to achieve with their music beyond that? Thats the top of the mountain, my friend. I can see the theatrical themes, and yes its very cinematic. I can see Kay's comment, and it is dead on with how this one could be imagined. Well done man.

This is what came into my mind when I listened: Picture a funeral scene, people crying around a grave. A man gets into his car afterwards and grim-faced and etched with sorrow, he drives away along a narrow country lane. Camera pans to a pale young woman holding his hand in the passenger seat as he changes gear, oblivious to her presence...Me and my imagination...A wonderful piece of emotional music 20 out of 10 Kay

AnthonyAttard replied 24th Nov 2024 - 1 month ago
Hello , you gave motion to my music or better life with a scene of a not impossible situation. Not only the grim-faced man but the woman who is pale, representing though what I should say, hope. She is there, and she is young (she is the future, she is like a promise to the more or less devastated man, we do not know what he has lost, but there is a loss). You will make me listen to this song once more to recreate the whole scenery...! Thank you Kay. To add some mystery the man's face is not shown throughout the scenes you describe...what do you say?
Best wishes, Anthony

Description : Ok...here it is! Another colab with maestro Tumbleweed! Ed provided the unfinished, basic track...I composed and recorded the long intro using different synths and then added piano (well to the fore) and some brass arrangements along the rest of the track (no violin this time...hehe) and then did the final mixing to wrap it up as it is presented now. I hope you will enjoy it and we both appreciate your listening time and your valuable comments:) Otherwise all thanks to Ed!

Description : Dark, slow, ambient, cinematic jazz with funereal piano turning into something much funkier, psychedelic and beautiful in the second half. Out of the darkness and into the light, you could say. Instruments: electric guitar + bass, lots of synth sounds, including a horn, double bass, another big legato bass, pizzicato strings, two types of piano, a heavily delayed slide guitar instrument, zither, synth arp, one brushy drum loop, kettle drum rolls and 4 programmed acoustic drum kits. This is quite a special track for me and is only the second I've put in the cinematic genre. The more you listen, the more it changes (it even has key changes) and the last three minutes are really quite far out and should probably be longer. Best track I've made for a few months. Interesting thoughts and reflections appreciated. Free sex for the best reviews...

Description : So a new track for everyone. Im pretty impressed by this one, and would even place it higher than one of my best tracks, Angel And A Demon. However, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should put vocals to it. I have some in mjnd, but idk if itd be better to leave as is and keep it instrumental or not. Take a listen and let me know! Also, let me know if anything is too loud, still working on my mastering.

3. Heavily fx’ed vocal excerpts from Eshar’s “7th Dimension 0002644”
4. Dcmack’s rhythm loops “2 bass drums 1- 0085449, 2- 0085446, and 4- 0085448.”
