Description : Dutch version of VTNights - Dancing with Floyd
Selected the same genre, Industrial.

The beat is the original track minus the vocals. Translated the original lyrics (German --> Dutch) and tried to make the result rhyme. As I couldn't recreate VTNights voice I created a 8 voice choir.

Enjoy.

Wow Frans wat heb je nou weer gedaan.Hartstikke goed!!!!
Deze is echt zo apart en natuurlijk ook leuk om het in Nederlands te horen.
Echt heel goed gedaan.
Volgens mij ben jij ook wel de king van stemmen veranderen en mixen hier op LM.

I don't think anyone could copy Oli's singing voice - it is very unique - kudos to you for what you have done here, it sounds really good

Hi Kay, glad you like it.
I wrote before that singing wont become a habit and for a good reason. I started singing sentences of the verse and used comping in Reaper to create the verse, rewriting the lyrics in the process, then after practising about 20 times I was able to "sing" the verse in one go, then did 7 recordings for the choir, less tries for the chorus. Later that day my voice was gone, I will not become a singer :-) Next to that I'm to old to learn well

Hey, that is something special. :-) I can sent you the uncompressed original track without voices if you like. The dutch singing sounds much more friendly than my original. Great job, love it. Cheers, Oli

Hi Oli, glad you like it. I will PM you for the uncompressed.
I found your voice perfect, had the idea to go Dutch but couldn't get anywhere close to the vocal you recorded hence the choir, friendlier but yours more mysterious :-)

It is a very nice attempt, very productive since you did a real good work in creating lyrics to much the music and of course sing with multiple chorus effect to much the original style. Very well done.
My regards, Anthony

Description : This if the final mix for all the instrumentation. And yes we're breaking quite a few conventions here. I like my diminished scales.

Description : My grandmother was from Belarus. She was the lone survivor of her family after the Waffen SS massacred everyone in her village during a retreat from the Red Army. She escaped soviet occupied Belarus & through a series of wranglings by the international red cross, found a family to adopt her in New Jersey in 1947. She was 14 years old then. She was the strongest person I ever knew & I miss her terribly. This song is for her.

Description : Not really 'industrial' although some aspects might fit with the genre...generally robots and stuff...hehe...and a hint of heavy metal is also there...:)

Description : I used Serum and Sylenth1 to create all the synths and basslines. It's not dubstep, and it's not Drum and Bass, but it's elements are heavily drawn from both to create an experimental industrial track in it's own class. It's heavy, aggressive, and driving. Either you will like it, or you won't. I don't think there will be an in-between. Take care. V.

Description : For those of you who haven't grabbed my new album "Labrynth Of Self" I'm putting up another one from it. This is the only thing on the album that I'd really call industrial, and it comes closest to my goal of creating something that Ohgr might do on one of his albums. It contains some very weird sounds that I don't specifically remember creating. Don't be shy with your critique, it's not the sort of music everyone likes. Thanks for listening friends!

Description : Another weird blending of genres I am working on. Track was all composed by myself using some sampling and an old 1983 Memphis Strat of which I am totally rusty on due to a serious left hand/wrist injury several years back.

Description : Some more old industrial recorded in 2015 as a new remaster from today. The original title is "Tanzt du alleine" and tells the story of people dancing next to each other but feeling isolated. They should take their hands to get back connected. I found this great bass loop from Difourks and I took a bit from Steelyvibe here from Looperman to pimp it up a bit. Maybe you heard the guitar riff at the beginning before. Enjoy

Description : Made this years ago as I was changing from Windows 98 to Windows XP. Hard to remember now but XP was one of the greatest leaps forward for home pc users and the stability was so welcome when trying to put this together.
This is purely industrial sounds of machines and tools.
My aim was to make them sound like synths drums guitars and humans. Took me months. The amount of editing and twisting these sounds up down faster slower etc etc to get rythm well I'm sure you can imagine.
Deleted it recently but having just listened to an industrial track someone has put on here I fancy getting back to some serious dirt!

Big thanks to Xyilent who made the beautiful lead, tmandjievdo0 with his super groovy drum beats and Buffalonugaluss who produced the juicy bass line.
