Description : INTRUMENTAL: Here is an older beat i made (LOL, i made 3 YEARS ago :S) i decided to post after hearing a very talented producer's beat, his name is Doom3558 and the track was "Lil Mac's Joint".
The beat was composed using samples from a old nintendo game called Mike Tyson KnockOut, it instantly reminded me of the beat i had made long ago, using a video game... I beleive the game i sampled from for this beat was BattleToads , hope you guyz enjoy this!!!! please review!!!

Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation. This beat is 9 years old, and gives you a sense of what it was like to be a young, passionate, musically driven teen. Thank you.

this beat is dope man good job
i love the game battletoads i aways play it. lol
Onto the beat, this is really well done. Battle Toads was a good choice because even though it still has a video game feel, these beats often tend to be overly happy-go-lucky. There is definitely a slow mobbin' feel to this. It's also nice to hear more than one sample from a video game. Not easy to incorporate so kudos on that.
Now to go dig up that sample from the water level in Mario Bros. Cheers.
