Description : This is one I've been working on in the last couple of months. The title denotes how a lot of caffiene went into creating this track. I'd love to hear what people think of this one. From my album "I Already Bought Everything."

Thank God for the Featured Track! This is another gem my friend! You know, I think I'm gonna have a "SpivKurl" day and just listen to your entire collection!
I love the 80s feel to it against the glitch elements. Your trademark beats give it an uplifting vibe that made me wanna bang my head in time to it!
Great work as always my friend. Will my brain take a SpivKurl day? Will let you know!
Just catching up some pre v2 replies I needed to do! Hope to see you around the new Looperman site. Did you ever have a Spivkurl day? lol Thanks so much for listening to my stuff!
I not sure why I haven't heard this track before now. It sounds pretty good! It's sounds like what I might classify as electro-glitch-rock (new classification). Very nice indeed!
dude i love this, think the name of this track is great, ur sounds remind me alot of some of my dubstep stuff https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/76244, however urs seem alot more mental and well in with the caffiene, while mine seem abit more drug orientaed lol... cool track m8,. easy :D
Listening to your dubstep track right now, and I can see why you made the connection! Nothing wrong with a little drug oriented music! Thanks for stopping by to listen and review!
Hey Man! You sure have your own unique style in creating music. You managed to combine different elements and make something unique and original.I always like what you come up with and this is no exception :) I like how the track rolls out with that hidden dose of caffeine building it up more and more.Very cool industrial atmosphere! Reminds me a bit of some of Daft Punk's songs but with much more power and atmosphere! Great stuff! :)
Thanks so much for your kind comments! This track is still one of my favourites! Thanks for noticing the industrial atmosphere, I don't think most people pick up on that! Several of my songs have been compared to Daft Punk, maybe I should try listening to them. I really appreciate you listening and reviewing!
Hey, thanks so much! I haven't seen the movie "hoodwinked", but I can definitely see a squirrel getting wired and dancing to this one! I'm glad you think this is a fitting title. Thanks for reviewing, DLing and faving! Enjoy your coffee!
I can tell you must been having great fun when you are making your tracks.I dont think anyone sounds like you or you sound like anyone. You should been making soundtracks to videogames in your spare time.Unique.
Yep, I do my best to have fun making music, I'm glad it shows through! Thanks for saying that it's original! I don't know the first thing about making music for games, but a lot of people seem to think my songs would be good for that. Thanks for your review friend!
Interesting choice of sounds. Production is great, duh like that's not to be expected on a Spivkurl track, and the arranemnt is great (double duh, lol).
Although it is not a track I would listen to often, I do love it. It is increibly creative and gives me flashback of the old Get Smart TV show for some reason 8- 99 was hot :-)
You're too kind! I'm glad you could get into this track even though it's not your listening preference! I wonder what it is about this track that brings to mind Get Smart? Thanks so much for taking the time to review!
totally awesome, from the first seconds of hearing it, love to the coffee, super sweet glitch breaks, I like the electric feel of it, and the chords tie everything together neatly. Also i think you could have used the melody from the ending, somewhere at the start for more variety.
I'm so glad you liked it! You can really feel the coffee in this one...haha! That's a good idea to use the melodies more early in the track, but I don't think I'll be going back to redo this track. I'll take you suggestions into consideration for future works. Thanks for taking the time to review!
Dude, this is sick. Glitch-o-rama. Sweet melody you work in there. When I put a glitch track together, I usually have a hard time finding a melody to twist through all of the other sounds I want the listener to hear. You did a great job capturing a progressive glitchy beat with nice music intertwined. Kudos!
Sick huh? You're too kind! I guess this could've gone under glitch too, I never thought of that! Yeah I'm pretty proud of the melodies on this one. Thanks so much for your kind comments, you made me smile!
very interesting use of sounds, definetly has an aggitated caffiene throbb to it, nice build up. likes it a lot.
p.s. thanks for your comments on my track
Hey, thanks for stopping by! I'm glad you could feel the caffiene in this one! Sad to say that caffiene infuses most of my tracks...hehe. Glad you liked it though. I appreciate the review!
Hey dude this is great! when i'm listening to this one i could really imagine my self in a disco and i can immagine the surprise to my hears listening the base changing among the beat!
good job! thank 4 sharing!
great track brother.. once again that nod to the 80's becoming a bit of a theme with you.. love those stabs at around 2:40 very grand master flash.. congrats on the 41 reviews.. enjoyed every second great job.. keep 'em coming brother
Sorry for the late reply! Hey thanks for the kind words! I definitely like 80's music, I'm glad you agree that it shows through in my tracks. Yeah I'm impressed that this one has gotten so many reviews, must be the title or something, heh. I appreciate your review my friend!
Tribal sound, eh? I hadn't thought of it that way, but I think I know what you mean. Your head began to shake? That must be the caffienated influence on this one, heh. Thanks for the kind review!
I don't need coffee or an energy drink to wake up with this on and I am on fire. I needed this song this morning- I could exercise to this ,but I would be afraid to drive with this song on- might result in road rage (j/k but a thought 2 consider). I could see a video of you going to the coffee shop- Everyone is moving fast but ur moving slow until u get ur coffee. Great song though..
I'm glad this song can take the place of your caffienated beverages, that's way cool! Exercise huh? Maybe I should try exercising to my own music, and lose some of these extra pounds lol. Sounds like a cool idea for a video! Being out of sync with everyone until I get my coffee. Thanks for the great review!
The beat sounds real hard then a more mellow melody comes out of it. I can hear the caffiene influence tottaly in this one. Sounds like you put some time into this one.
Hello again! Yeah, I think the melodic part of this song is a bit surprising, but it seems to work with the beat. Definitely put some time/work into this one. Thanks for listening!
Hey, I'm glad you could enjoy this track! It was fun to make. I can definitely see why this makes you think about factories, it must be that constructive caffiene energy. Thanks for the listen and the review!
wow u just made the theme song for coffee in the morning, the track gives me that never ending ride feel.i lke song like that u know, the ones that put imagines in my head.this one is a hit for sure.
Heh, I'm glad you agree that this has the coffee vibe. This definitely was intended to induce some imagery, I'm happy that it worked for you! Thanks for digging into my tracks, and thank you for the fave!
You're forgetting cigarettes with the coffee! Haha, I really like this track. Caffeine's is the #1 drug for sure, which is why starbucks is on top. Anyway keep up your awesome work, every track I hear sounds nothing like the other.
I shouldv'e included cigarettes you're right. Coffee and cigarettes are quite a combination. Unfortunately the government recently outlawed the clove cigarettes I smoke, so I have to quit when I run out... bummer.
Thanks much for stopping by to check out my tracks! Your review was helpful and entertaining!
master, you are bad, bad as in wicked, wicked as in good! you are def one of my fav now. The idea behind the beat was completely brought to life (charging effect of coffee). The rhythmic distortion is superb. The drums/bassline/synth became one. it is my the target someday to go out of the comfort zone and put together a beat like this. keep it up, friend.
Hello again friend! You've made me feel good about myself with this review! Coffee is something I feel strongly about, and I guess that shows through in this track. I'm glad you like the rhythmic distortion, as I was a bit worried that it killed the dynamics, though I do like the sound/feel of it as is. Thank you much for the listen and the review!
Hey, thanks for taking the time to listen! It's really good to get so much feedback on this track. Your comments make me very happy, I'm very glad you liked the song! Take care, friend!
2 track I have come in to play of yours man, you have one BIG FAN here, so love this track, dont know if I need a coffee or something to calm me down, this is so professional this track, hope you are so proud of it mate, if it was my track would be so over the moon with it, maybe one day I might get close to doing a master piece like this, you are a brilliant artist..I have about 5 fav artist here now I can make that 6, so need to have something to calm down now, keep up the brillianr work man...keep it coming plz plz...
I'm fairly proud of this track, other than my having messed up the dynamics a little bit with distortion and the like. But it still works good with the theme of the track I guess.
It sounds like listening to this was like drinking some coffee for you, so that sounds like a success. :)
Your kind words make me blush in a way, you make me think better of my work. I appreciate it very much, and thank you for another fave!
Heh, just one espresso?! The energy of pressurized steam, yeah that's cool, I can definitely hear that! I appreciate you listening and reviewing! Thanks!
I love this track, it sounds so different. I love the the drums and the keyboards are really cool. You always seem to take time to review other peoples tracks too which is really in the spirit of this site. Cheers man.
When I saw the title you had my attention :) I could easily close my eyes and be in my own caffine induced vibe! You have a Unique sound that always enjoy, good stuff *sip
The feel ... the sound of Coffee ... the beverage of our lives!! Alright - you inspired my pseudo-jingle cuz this track really does sound like how coffee feels, tastes and is to me!! You are really really talented at translating those things over to music. You are so talented in some really neat ways that I am always tempted to task and challenge you when I listen to your tracks!! So here's your challenge: Create a track titled and about "the Internet".
Hmm...that sounds like quite a challenge...the internet... I'll have to tackle that one after my current colab, sounds like fun! I'm glad you can feel the coffee in this track...it's sad, but I have to admit that coffee goes into most of my creations, so maybe it's not fair to label this track so specifically. But oh well. Thanks for the compliments and comments, you help me feel fulfilled and inspired!
Hi
Well I can not drink coffee cos it gives me bangin migraines so I just sat back relaxed stuck the headphones on and let these glitchy sounds bounce around in my head I really enjoyed the track.
Regards
Krook
Hmm...i definitely liked where the track was headed with the heavy drumz and all...but when the bassline kicked in...idk...maybe i was expecting a hard, more heavy pounding beat, and when the bassline came in, its all happy and stuff...threw me off...thought it would be better off a harder beat with harder lines...idk man...not my cup of coffee...pun intended... 7.5/10 for production...im not gonna be a jew cus i didnt like it...it WAS a good production...
Sorry to disappoint, this is definitely missing the hard stuff. This one is more like a signature track, and thus it's all happy and stuff like you said. I think this track would be a good candidate for a remix, fresh with clap lines and a harder bass beat. Thanks for listening and reviewing!
I am just getting around to review tracks from your listening to my last Techno-trance tune. Been real busy working all the time. No new tunes until Dec.
Anyways, I like this electronic tune you put together. Almost sounds like Robots did it. I've never tried an all electronic tune, but you did a nice job putting this one together.
Thanks for sharing it.
Randy
on the drum dynamics.. that snare? .. it woulda kinda been cool.. with an additional clap -- DEAD center, but like -12 dbs at least, so it's just a faint thing in the center of my stereo sound....?
this clap.. i feel.. when it would be brought up in the crescendos of your flow, may really OPEN up the groove, making people dance! lol
anyway
just a thought...
I wish I could write some music like this!
faved, downloaded, recommended!
lol...
it would be fun to have just random conversations sped up to double time to increase the feeling of jitteriness this has!
Good stuff. This sounds like it was fuelled by stimulants ( of the legal variety of course ), obviously a man after own heart with regard to excessive coffee consumption. This has your trademark "jumping" beat which adds interest.
Thank you much for the listen! Yeah, I can't get enough espresso... caffiene is often so audible in musical creations. I'm glad you can hear my signature on this one. I appreciate the review and the feedback!

Description : Feel free to check out the video on YT as well (Alan McLaren Project - Upside Down) of this 6min journey from electronic to rock with some psychedelic moments...
This is my latest, but also one of my earliest tracks.... any feedback is more than welcome, thanks :)
Description : This is a strictly groove track where the elements of ambient meets electronic funk and Hip Hop. I play all instruments on the track excluding guitar solo which was performed by my friend Art Miller.
Description : A demo of one of my current projects. The chorus vocal sounds like "Aaaaraashe" to me. The song is in C# minor with a nod to C# pythagorean on the chorus. The beat on the verse was inspired by the Peter Gabriel song Intruder.
Description : This is one of my earliest productions that I did at the start of my recording career. I did not have a keyboard at the time I made this song, so I improvised and used my sister's iPad and a 5 dollar GarageBand application instead, and plugged the headset jack into into my PT6 rig and did my best to turn each individual track (which were mono and there were about 25 tracks or so) into a stereo image. Then recorded vocals over it. My computer was so old and slow that I had to mix my music and then BOUNCE it to a new session - four times. My computer (which had 512 MB RAM and an 80 GB hard drive) couldn't handle more than 8 tracks at a time or it'd stop working because the processor couldn't handle it. Took me FOREVER to do. But I got it done. Had a lot of fun doing it too, even if it isn't my "best" work. I'm still happy with it, considering I didn't have many tools to choose from at the time.
Description : Long time lurker first time poster, pretty new to production n stuff, this is my first track in Ableton Live.
was going for a darkwave/synthwave sound, reminiscent of Justice, Carpenter Brut, Perturbator, ect.
Looking for some feed back, constructive criticisms or even just your thoughts if you liked it or not. This is just a rough cut on this current WIP, just the bones of it if you will.. If you have some cool title suggestions, would love to hear those too.
Thanks for listening.

Description : Far out mid-tempo fat beat deep chillout grooves with Eastern/Arabic and slightly menacing vibes, huge delayed synth bass and a great palette of psychedelic layered and intricate sounds (mostly synths) and a stirring, epic feel. Even has guitar solo section reminiscent of some 80s power rock which is then followed by a brief synth harp solo. I began making it straight after staying round the flat of the flute player from the legendary Ozric Tentacles - easily the greatest ever space rock band. I made this in about 2001 and still think it might be my best track (and it's nice and short, for a change). My production skills were much weaker in those days (no EQ, compression or mastering used here) but, somehow, this one turned out pretty much just right. Feel free to disagree. Now sit back and get ready to trip extremely far out. If you manage to return, let me know how that trip was...
Description : Got some spare time finally...just started on some random ideas basically (lets say kygo meets alan walker). A blend of dubstep, edm, downbeat, tropical etc.
It's still a work in progress, so i would appreciate your honest inputs. Thanks to all those whose loops I have used in here, sorry I don't have time to search them out.
Edit-added some more filthy sounds from my previous tracks and gave it some ending. Advice will be helpful.
I love the 80s feel to it against the glitch elements. Your trademark beats give it an uplifting vibe that made me wanna bang my head in time to it!
Great work as always my friend. Will my brain take a SpivKurl day? Will let you know!
Another really infectious rythm in this one, full of energy and fitting the title
Downloaded and faved....now off to the cofee machine

Robots, eh? I guess it is a bit mechanical. Glad you could enjoy it though.
Thanks for listening friend!

I will give some thought to your idea of adding a clap sound to this song, it sounds kind of fun. :)
Thanks much for the fave! This track was all in good fun really, so I'm glad it's fun to listen to.
