Description : Wow this song s rough...

You pretty much have to let the song defeath you if you are even to hear it...If you are not prepared to enter the depths of hell and stay there for the full 6 minutes do even think about listening.

"An American Blues Masterpiece"

The piece is minimalism, so it takes a while to blow the mind, but it does. The mind blowing begings at about 1:20 for me.

The texturing in the piece is pretty impressive. So give me feedback!

The vocal track was borrowed from Devodale. Check him out, he has mad talent.

Whoah. Very cinematic style, scared the crap out of me. As a piece it is extremely haunting. amazing acapella what you have done with it is insane!

The only problem ihear is, as others have mentioned, the crackling in the build up is quite intense. If you can clean it up it would be magnificent.

This track is super eerie! I've never heard anything quite like it! What you've done with the pella is nothing short of fantastic! Your title fits the nature of this track perfectly. Very inspiring piece!

Do not worry Spivkurl! This track is just for fun and will not be on the album. I have been meaning ot work on this for a while, kind of clear it up[ and add a few things to make it kind of move forward.

Thanks for the review

Very trippy track. I particularly like how you've challenged the Blues genre with this in very interesting ways. And ultimately, it is Blues by virtue of its emotional location.

Emotionals blues as hell, but do not forget that it has blues arpeggios running throuhout the piece.

The more I listen to the song the more I realize that it needs alot of work to become memorable. RIght now it is a good one and done, more like three and done.

I will work on this over the next three to six years and kind of refine its effect and put within it the details to actually make it what it could become.

Damn it that is trippy weird. You should submit this for video games or maybe to the history channel for their pieces about topics of this flavor. Interesting!

i really enjoy music like this...

2 minute on
especially where the harmonics took hold.. and it became this... growing cloud. VERY COOL.
The whole outro, .. was seriously one of the coolest things I have ever heard.

... i am noticing a bit of crackles and pops...
and I wonder to myself if your dynamic range is being PUMPED to the maximum.. You aren't clipping, but... this is a bit busy in that respect.
I would maybe consider just re-eqing this a LITTLE, so you can have more room for the entire frequency band to shine on this..
...

or lol
perhaps that was your intent..
it is kinda like digital fire.

what you have done with devodales accapella is freaking genius!
Faved.

Further more.. DEATH DRUMS ON THIS!!!! lol
I wonder if I have any timpani drums lying around...
PRETTY PLEASE.. try some drums!?!?
(or at least some people crying and screaming in the background)
muhahahaha

faved.
love this sh*t

In regard to the EQing. This is my main fault and one I dislike and at the same time embrace.
I want to change the overdriveness of it, but mean the DevoDale accapella says, "Make you wanna listen" in such a desperate manner, I have to keep it.

It bothers me at moments, but some music is meant to bother as moments.

I will see how I feel in a couple months.

I love the ideas toward the end of your review. Some nice timpani, especially in the begining woulf help move this baby forward.

Screams are always a plus, but in this instance I feel mans own hell need not be tempered by hell of many.

However, the song does need a thourogh cleaning. Which I will try to get to this weekend.

If you like like this you should check out Danse Macabre which you have already heard by Saint Seans and the Totentaz by Liszt. Both dark and cool.

This is one serious piece of music. Severely haunting in nature. A true wait in hell only to rescued by some eerie forgiving Angels in the end. I got extreme chills and goosebumps hearing this. Your use and tweaking of my accapella is nothing short of phenomenal. I had NO idea I could sound so... opera like. Perhaps adding one or two more 'textures' during the 1st 3 minutes to build up the already intense mood this song projects. This is the very 1st piece I've heard using this loop. Amazing. Please send me a copy of this......a must have for me!!! devodale@yahoo.com
P.S. I am a DJ on Friday nights at Mixposure.com. I would luv to play this and other tunes of yours there. If you would be so kind as to sign up and upload a few tunes there I would be MOST appreciative!! www.mixposure.com Thanks for this wonderful piece!

Yeah, the piece needs a bit of work. Make the beginning a little less boring, and master so its not so crackly. But I am thing that may take awesome from the effect wo I will have to see about that. Need to check on the gong crash at the end as well.

I am mad sick at the moment, so I willnot be able yo send you the mp3 for a couple days. Just remind me it takes too long.

Description : Of all the classic Monster tales the Wolfman is definitely one of the saddest. Cursed, and destined to live as both man and monster. During the day he sits alone with his guitar, a prisoner of lonely existence, crying his heart out through his music. Then at night, the beast emerges, and in the dark under a full moon, he cry's as he rips the hearts out of his victims! Such is the life of a cursed bluesman!

Description : This is a tune dedicated to my friend, Nancy, who followed me to the clubs I played at for years, and is still following me with my studio work. Why do I dedicate this to her? Onnacounta cause she's soooooo naughty! She never liked violins, but loved her sax! Here's to you, Nancy. Anyway, this is a little blues track with some nice guitar and sex...oh, sorry, I mean sax.

Enjoy and download away.

Description : A sultry, seductive, and fairly short acoustic blues number. It is an instrumental and only took about 2 hours to write, record, and get a decent mix. Enjoy! Updated: I added some slight echo to the electric guitar and widened the stereo fields of the acoustic rhythm and leads.

Description : Fresh out of the studio after 10 weeks of deliberating, planning, writing and performing.
This could be classed as Country Blues or Southern Rock...either way I think it may get your toes tapping. So grab your partner and jump on the dance floor with this one.
I am performing the following instruments...vocals, electric guitars, slide acoustic, bass, harmonica, organ. I wrote the following instrument parts in MIDI....drums, percussion, piano, horns. This was a beast to master but I think it turned out okay.
No loops used.

Description : UPDATE 26/01/2014: Improved loads of things in what is probably my greatest chillout alternative blues piece. Ambient, ethereal, groove-based delta slide blues. Contemplative and melodic. Multiple, layered , sometimes shimmering resonator guitar parts with solid, warm synth bass, an ethereal bed of pads (which are actually guitars) and second electronic drumkit to contrast the acoustic kits. I thought this was perfect a few years ago but it wasn't (and still isn't). Now has clearer drums and lots of small awkward bits of guitar have been trimmed. Quite a minimalistic and short piece for me - I don't just keep bringing in new instruments, as I usually do. This should really chill you out...
