I could see this used in a buddy feature where they just about had enough with each other. They are looking at each other, slo mo, then, as they walk away from each other, come the flashbacks of the good times and the bad. They turn, at the same time, look at each other, fellini moment, and hesitate.

Their mutual foe enters and immediately they are back where they were. Two buddies, having fionally defeated their foe, walking into the sunset (arguing, of course, I mean, let's not get silly).

The guitar is so cool on this tune, sounds great! I liked the distorted lead, it just speaks to me, lol!! Really though, this is quite great, like the waltz beat!!

Hey I hear a lot of potential in this track, I hear a great Beck or Montreals sort of modern vibe in it. I read your reference to previous mixing problems and I know what you can do to get that bass guitar to settle in the mix properly! You don't have to turn down the bass frequencies in the song, certainly not on the bass guitar track, but instead throw a filter on the bass track to take away some of the /treble/. The problem is the bass guitar was real present, but you cut the bottom end off, and it almost sounds like a regular guitar, making the volume war between the two even worse. If you roll off those high frequencies which are just not necessary from the bass guitar here, and turn up the bass frequencies a bit, it should settle in just right. I only write this much because I want to hear the track sound even better!

The mix and production on this one sounds a lot better now. Very nice update! You've got a good ear for this stuff!

This is a very enjoyable instrumental! I really like the sound of the guitar on this one, good tone and good playing! I agree the bass could use a little more depth in the recording. I like the change that happens a little after the 2:00 mark, and the solo is quite amazing! It would be cool to find a singer to do this track justice. Great work!
