Description : Part one of a four part series - Hoping for it to be my first album!
I love space and time; so i figured I'd combine them into a couple of songs. I think this one turned out great!
CC please!
Keep it real,

If you have time take a listen and give Gsusfrk some feedback.
I think this is awesome my friend. It's not the type of music I make, but it's the heavy DnB that I enjoy listening to. I think the heavy beat is fantastic.
Some great ideas in this piece and makes for a great listen. The arrangement and production sounds great to me. It sounds like a lot of work has gone into this piece and it's definitely worth it.
mind bliss soulful exist true me guess as best eyes can focus rest of all planet tests fail and leave rest behind to find be less if eye see and say less now where am eye and who be the one that realms me stars far yet within grasp go on and dare ask task is one true mind of eye send thee into blasted mist of time ....now dream on .....and ...wake to find ........mind gone .....wonderful travel....peace
some really good ideas here.... loving the harsh beat but for me it just needs a few extras to really bring it up...maybe a vocal for extra texture or a few lfo led reeses... still enjoyed the listen though...keep 'em coming brother
Oh man, I hear yah on that one, this is part 1 of 4 and obviously if you listen to the 3 preceeding tracks (time shift, warp and flex) they have, for me at least, grown in something I wanted to produce. So I've been planning on re-producing the 4 tunes to get what I've learnt into these and hopefully make them better projects.
Thanks for the checking the tune man, I'll definitely check out one of your tunes. :)
Steve
Very very very nice. smart. would imagine that it might do a bit better if your subs were a bit fuller - minor criticism on what is otherwise an exceptional job.
thanks for the kind words man! I'm planning on redoing the 4 tracks I got up here and then releasing them either via label or as a CD via myself somehow. Anyways, I'll hit one of your tunes up, thansk again!
Steve
This track is full of surprises...
I like the changes in it. I'd make a little bit lowder the drums... but it's just my opinion: I can listen it just on the headphones at the moment...
ciao, k
Thansk for the suggestion Keyj, opinions are very welcome! I'll deffinately look into it, since I'll be remastering all four of the tracks soon! Sorry it took a while to get back to yah! Ill hit one of your tunes up!

I seem to recall saying the same thing about another one of your tracks - hard as nails. I don't listen to much dnb these days but I can appreciate that ur tracks are less formulaic than some of the stuff on here and u put a lot of thought into the piece.
Thank you Ryan, that means a lot because I really do try to strive to make my songs unique and different from those of other people that make, as you said, formulaic songs.
Thanks again, and I'll hit one of your songs up,
Steve
hey man! Yeh, I try to go for different, too muhc of the same around you know? Hopefully different will be the new "in" XD
ill check one fo your tracks out!

Gsusfrk - you the man !!! D'n'B Bliss !!!
Extremely well produced track, perfect for peak time pandamonium!
Will defo be giving this another few listens, very inspirational use of drums and their placement.
thank you man! Really awesome of you to say that! I don't feel like I'm actually that good lol just a beginner enjoying his hobby lol
I'll hit up one of your tracks!

SN76 must've been listening to this on headphones or something because when I turn up the volume on my sub the low hum of the bassline carries over well. Though on second thought I do get what he's sayin, drumwise I'm thinkin that the kick could be a lil more pronounced. Although... I just had an idea (that would mesh well with the low hum of the bass), add some bass kick drops (aka bass drops) here and there. Ooh, wait, even better. Some occasional gong hits (just slightly dropped down in pitch= 1@ neg 2.5, 2@ neg 5, 3@ neg 7.5... maybe make it go 1-2-3-2... 1-2-2-3... 1-3-2-3... etc). And given it's name have you thought about maybe adding some sounds of a ticking clock (say for the beginning, before the bass kicks in, maybe again at the end)? Man that would sound so sweet. Anyways, lemme stop formulating over here. Really groovin track mate. Lates!
for the ticking clocks they're around the 3:00 mark they're hard to hear cause they've been cut, delayed with reverb and distortion.
I'm glad you're thinking up more ideas for your own music - inspirational music is what I'm going for :)
Thanks for the words!
I'll hit up one of your tracks!

Steve
yeh it was hard to find a similar kick with more power and trust me with the amount of automation and effects being put into place that I hardly had any CPU power to do anything else lol - ask Travis I'm real creative when it comes to automation (although not pro yet) :)
Thanks for the words of encouragement!
I'll hit up one of your tracks!

fantastic, really heavy excactly how drum and bass should be i think a mixture of hardcore bug heavy dub and of course the drum beat, well done that's a good track, keep it up, have a good crimbo and all the best,
Description : Chaos....Chaos ensues when life is unfolding in many different ways all around you. A demand here, a demand there, do this, do that, things going wonky or all happening at the same time. It's overwhelm but it's excitement, it's crazy but it's also very real. Welcome to the world of Kay-0s!
Please feel free to download from kayos2.bandcamp.com if you want to support our work. Many thanks, Oli&Kay
Description : About five years ago I made a dubstep track called Labyrinth Of The Absurd. This is part 2. Check out part 1 if you haven't yet. This is a Dark D-n-B. Or whatever.
I used Serum, Massive, Sylenth1. I used no presets, and no prefabricated loops. This is all original content from scratch. The only exception being the vocal samples.
Description : Ambient breaking into dnb I guess. All loops (except for 1 synth by my 7 yo daughter) so I can’t take much credit for this. Free demo loops from Loopmasters and LM loops from:
the inimitable blindwolf2; ambient bass loop - danke; arax; l-3436512-0214678; apollo; drmistersir; looperman-l-0291301-0226917; looperman-l-2972616-0231648; jakebur4; looperman-l-0337508-0047278; buffalonugalus; mmedia
Description : 170 BPM drum 'n' cell epic. That's drum 'n' bass with lots of my layered, lead cello playing. It's both banging and chilled out, with intricate basslines and soaring, melodic cello parts. Instruments: electric cello, piano, three synth basses, two synth pads. Drums are loads of drum loops supported by a few programmed acoustic drum kits. It's fast and powerful stuff but there are also two deep grooving half tempo sections. No guitar so anything that sounds like it might be is, unsurprisingly, cello. This was fairly hard to make and required a lot of hard work. It's still far from perfect, especially the rather abrupt, unimaginative ending (I couldn't think of anything better). Have a good listen and then consider leaving me some fascinating feedback. Not much drum 'n' cell about so I like to think this is worth checking out...
Description : This track uses lyrics written in Morse Code, with tempo and pitch adjustments to fit. I’ve also programmed some Morse into an analog synth part.

Description : So ive been listening to alot of dnb lately, and i decided to try my hand at it. It turned out to be alittle more chillout than I wanted it to be, but I still like how it turned out.
A ambient type of DnB track, one to make you think, Second attempt at the DnB genre for this year, again apologise to Drum and Bass artist, guessing again not your normal DnB.Used flute Rhodes Piano, and a few other bits to hopefully get the feeling for the piece I wanted, along with a few break beats/bass lines and FX etc...
Please comment/review and the favour will be returned...
