Tasty little licks on this one. Strings n all that stuff.
Grotesk on the vocals again, some nice turns of phrase on this.
I think the strings give it quite a sleepy quality. Iv kept the beats quite mixed up and left the bassline fairly simple.
I was aiming for something like daedelus - something a bit off beat.
Used some scratch samples from the main man Donnie Vyros and Moe93. Not sure if i have overdone it?
Anyway i hope people like it and let me know either way!!

Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation. Superb lil scratch break @ around 0:33 (another nice scratch @ around 2:29)! Great drumwork @ around 2:50 onwards!

Just playin. Also, I really dig the bits of the lead strings you've got on this. Give it a grimy classical HH flavor, me thinks.
Can only suggest 2 things with this one. First is easy, the name (might wanna ad *featuring Grotesk for the appropriate credits, ya know?). Second is the sudden end. This song was so jammin that it was really unexpected. Beyond that, really smoothly done here mate. Lates!
Im not sure if it was cheesy or not to have the alarm clock and the stop starts matching the sleep bits, but what the heck.
good call on the credits - grotesk contributed alot to the track after all.
hmm the end. yeah maybe it is sudden. I guess i was thinking it kinda ended it in time with the vocals, almost like a sign off, thank you and good night and back in the box.
This was a track i did ages ago so appreciate you giving it some love. Was the first one i felt like it was cleanly produced after trying to force vocals into some other tracks - watermark etc.
