This was an old track that I did but from the looks of things, you know what your talking about. So, I will take your advice into consideration when I listen to it again, thanks!
first thing i noticed was the time sig when your just so used to 4/4, was quite surprised how easily people pick up on that detail! :)
As for the track i see no reason why not to do a remix off this as it has some catchy riffs and bass, would be quite interesting in to see the difference between the 2 track with 2 years more experience! :)
Thanks Dave, I only wish I still had the original project file; however some day I wish to perhaps reproduce this unusual but interesting little number !
Pretty good track, sounds a bit old fashioned with the bass and sounds but that doesn't matter really, maybe nice to add in a heavier kick or something like that, but on the other side I don't think that would fit in to great with the old sounds mm. Sounds very happy ;d
Old fashioned lol, when I heard that I had to check out your bio, I'm 41, so I guess it may sound a bit older because I am. I play music that I grew up with and of course I'm an 80's child, so that is the music I've always looked up to...and still do! Although my tastes vary to different degrees, my inspiration will always be lets say " of yesterday's era" .
One thing to fix is what I see as a common problem with lots of stuff on Looperman (and I'm definitely guilty of it too): It's all too loud. Have a look at the waveform to see what I mean.
You probably need to turn it down and leave some headroom as I think that will give it a better overall sound.
Yeah, this was done a few years back when I was new to recording! I have learned a big more since this was done! Terminator 2 and Full Beauty have better volume control by far! ( my other tracks)
There's no doubt that this is a dance song. I'm really digging it. I'm curious though, what is the time signature on this track. I'm unsure if it is 4/4 time or something else. The tempo is precise, but I'm unable to detect the down beat. Regardless though, very interesting and fun track! Although this is 3 years from its release on this website, I'm glad I was able to come across and listen to this.
Thanks for your feedback! Im actually not sure of the time sig. ,When I get a chance to work on this AGAIN, I will fill you in! I am hoping that I can locate this file. However, I am thinking that it may be gone. But, this could be an opportunity to re-produce it? As I listened to this little number, I really cranked my stereo and thought...Wow!"'... I really like this one! Wouldnt it be nice to finish it? .....to be continued!
This is sounding good! Great, powerful synths and nice panning effect in the beginning. Nice electro bassline as well. A bit short but as you said its a work in progress. This track is progressing well and from what ive heard the finished version shall be great.
Great, some feedback, no one was reviewing,...(lol). Thank you for your review, it keeps me inspired. As for the rest of this track, keep watching because this one aint staying on the shelf long! Peace, Music is my release!!!!!!!!!!!

Description : I have been using LooperMan for practice for some time now. This my most recent track. The only loop in the song is BabyGee's vocals. Free to download and if you repost tag me so I can share it as well.
Description : A psychedelic techno cello epic. It's not really techno as it's only 110 BPM but something like that (eg breakbeat), with lots of banging beats and arpeggiated acid synths, plus a whole load of my layered cello playing techniques. There aren't that many synths used but they do a lot of work and are carefully automated. No guitar. Drums are mostly a lot of drum loops, supported by a few programmed acoustic drumkits. Very busy and complicated with loads of different sections (funky, chilled, fast, heavy) that make up a constantly progressing trip. I don't know if there's any other cello music like this so let me know if you think there is. Interesting feedback appreciated - criticism, praise, ideas etc. Enjoy...
Description : Summer type dance track, for those precious 2 weeks off, if you can get them! Made around a selection of different loops and some keys from me.
Description : Inspired by an experimental percussion piece I heard. Rhythmic ticking builds into pounding beats and heavy soundscapes. I haven't done any mixing or mastering yet so tell me what you think. Any and all comments are welcome.
Description : A song about a damaged soul. Sadly, based on a true story. Gorgeous loops here are by Hardstyle Rythm, Aboe, and Princess Hollywood. All basslines by that fiendish genius Rasputin. Take a bow, gentlemen
Description : Pretty basic dance track. Was experimenting with the Falcon synth plugin, hence the name. Instrumentation for the melody lines might be a bit unusual, more orchestral. Vocoder is from the Icarus synth plugin, a great new instrument.

Nice work

Maybe a strong vocal could give the right hook
Go on with it, it's a good beginning
