Description : On this song I wanted to bring that live small venue feel to the track,as though you were there in front of four acoustic guitars in a smaller setting. So no,it's not really live and the song was completed before the additions.
I hope you all like it.
Special thanks to theHumps for support.

Allen, I am a very abstract person, and I listen to music in that same fashion.
I do not listen to music as to it's construction, but the end result as to what feelings are invoked as I listen. Does the music allow me to take a momentary visit somewhere. I can say, your talent does just that.
Hey T,I had such a great time and honestly,it didn't take a lot of effort except for the live additions which were so much fun!
If I played this song live, this is how I would have done it.
Thank you so much for the kind review.I don't do many original songs that are posted cause they have to be important...even if for just entertainment.
Yet another great track from Al.V. great rhythm, nice guitar and i like the addition of the crowd ! good idea. Try and get a sample of wembley stadium next time, and your be close to hitting the enormity of this tune ! Loved it, faved !
Really great Allen, love the oversound of this! very down to earth like me haha!! no really been dying to to some accountic songs, was that alive track? did you edit that? great job guy!
also I had to tell ya great pic you have on looperman, really like the way you did the photo, very creative! anyways happt hoildays, heading to nyc soon to do some music there and then i ,ll be back here to get crazy and wild again! happy holidays to you and your fam! as Rick Derringer says 'Keep on Rocken"
Hey BM..How are you!Yea this was not live but I keep trying to find ways to change up these acoustic songs so I edited the applause and my voice into it.
Hey..I uploaded that song that I used your awesome drums on,I never could finish it and another member neologist had this year end challenge for unfinished songs of 2010 so I said what the heck!
That pic was done with a free program called PhotoScape...but I didn't do it,fellow member and friend JoyfulWAVE from Germany did it for me...I can't do anything but guitar :)
Thank you for those kind words!
I do love to play guitar and comments like yours are greatly appreciated...to do what you love and share that is what matters to me.
Thank you Screenplay! The live thing was fun to do...I find it get's harder to change up the acoustics by themselves so I gotta think of something different...Maybe acoustic trance or deep house unplugged...hmm..:)
Wonderful. I went down the road, going towards the border to a thousand miles away. Blue southern sky. Southern sky I will never forget.
Wonderful composition.
Thanks Vicen,I love your description and I do see these things when it comes to acoustic guitar songs, they become a story all by themselves for me and I try to picture what is felt when I name the song.I felt as the tempo increased I was getting closer to home, which I started with the previous acoustic track The Road Home.
Thank you for reviewing and listening.
Thank you again Chris.I'm trying to mix it up a bit and try different styles. With the electric guitar you can turn a knob but with the acoustic it's another story,as you know and by the way...you play very well yourself...and I am gonna review your songs:)
Sure, put up another track and don't tell me ;-) Love everything from the intro on, didn't care for the end too much though, because that meant the song was over ;-)
Seriously, the guitar kicked major gluteus maximus, love that hill billy feel. Everything was great. Production, top notch.
Well look who's up late...or is it early?
Thanks so much John,I'm trying to get through the genres I actually know first before I move on...or maybe i'm gettin' lazy cause I can barely make my own songs by myself but I got this push record and play thing down, and I got built in mics on my 8tr so i'm good to go!
Seriously,Thanks for having a listen John.
Another amazing piece from you, hey man if oyu had not said anything about it not being live, I would have thought it was live, matey you are so brilliant on the guitar, extremely gifted muso man, love all your works and this one is right up there for sure, take it is you on the vocals?? they sound good mate...Fav'd...Peace and Respect dude...Estefano...
Thank you Estefano.
I didn't go into it with the live idea but after I recorded the guitar parts together..four of them,it just felt that way and I was trying to find a way to keep it from being just another all guitar song, there's only so many ways to change it up...at least for me.I did turn to theHumps for advice on my idea so if it didn't work I was just gonna blame him lol.
Yea,that's me talking...my family thought I lost my mind cause nobody was there...I thought they were gonna cart old dad away!but my son said it would be cool if someone did a whole album, with crowd interaction and all,for fun of course.
Thanks for the listen.
Allen
Geez man, can you ever play. The track really gets moving. I'd love to watch that live. My fingers hurt just listening. The live feel was a nice touch. Great job.
Gord
Hey Gord..I'd love to see it too lol!
It was fun and my fingers did hurt cause i play electric all the time and don't have the calluses for the acoustic...but they're gettin there.
Thanks for listening and reviewing it.
Allen
Fanstatic, you are amazing Allen! I'm so glad you went for it and added the extras. Great southern feel to this track, a bit of Allman Bros in there. Very cool track, could listen to this kind of music for hours on end. instant fav!!
Thank you my friend,I keep thinkin' i'm gonna run outa acoustic ideas and this one was quite different but very fun to play.
I hope to have another Transatlantic Experience soon!
Allen
Sheez man Al, what can I say bro, fabulous! Has a very cool John Butler Trio sound. You've shown your versatility and artistry as a musician right here cous. Love it to bits man!
Thank you IWE.Your comments always mean a lot from your guitar perspective. You know the live thing was a complete after thought..I had recorded two acoustic songs and this sounded like those live recordings where they all sit around and jam... with all the string and pick noise,so rather than keep fighting against that I decided to dive in and expand on it...not as a joke but to try to bring that intmate feeling of being there.
Thanks so much for the review.
Allen
Hey Allen, glad to see you kept your accoustic dusted off!Great tune man!It was awesome the way you just kept picking uo the pace. You definitely captured that small venue feel!
Tacatta!!Man,I just heard some vocals you gotta hear, made the hair stand up on my neck..Wait,it was you!I'm glad you liked the song...something different.Even though I love it,I was having a little rnb jet lag so I took a little break.
Thanks for the comment Jim.
Allen
We don't get enough of this kinda club music - talk about brains on fire!!! - i love how how even all those fingers can't keep up with what yr throwing down - you're the fifth head - much applause from the peanut gallery
Just awesome Allen. It really did sound like a live performance. Killa guitar playin man. This has a folksy bluegrass feel to it. I love it man. Reminds me of my Hippie festival jam band dayz. Keep up the good tunes man :) Hey you should contact me and catch a jam session with my stepson he is really good. Any luck on finding some work? Blume:)
Hey Blume!I went on a third interview today for the same company so hopefuly I have a job, thanks for asking!I will contact you cause we may know some of the same people also. Thanks for listening and am glad the tune worked ok...it's not my norm:)

Description : Again, another early production from like two years ago. I had a cheap little Yamaha acoustic guitar that I borrowed and mic'd and some congas that were given to me as a birthday present. I used my iPad GarageBand app to record the strings and the big bass drum thingy at the interlude and little electric guitar parts in there too haha. All the vocals were done by myself and my brother throws in some little things here and there with his voice :P Enjoy!
Description : A rhythm guitar track I made and sent to my cousin on the East Coast. Made with Tape-A-Talk app. from the Google Play Store. Download and collaborate with it.
Description : My very first acoustic piece in quite a while..
I hope someone grabs this and puts some vocals to it.
The software I used is Reaper, Addictive Drums and Gearbox.
Hardware is a Jackson RR3 plugged into a Line 6 Pod X3..
Description : Thats my newest Track all made out of free vst of the dsk series. Its a kind of chill out acoustic string thing that makes me thinking. Its very calm, inspirational and gives me power...
