Beautiful track, my friend, great guitar skills. There is definitely not enough acoutic guitar music on the loop. Glad to see you're fixing that situation.

No lack of talent in you Allen. Such beautiful guitar playing. Got to be one of the best I've ever heard. I'm not really a jealous person but hearing this guitar playing makes me feel a little that way. Such a nice piece Allen. Keep posting. All the best in 2011.

Allen,
I really love this one. It's smooth, simple, very nice listening, flows well like a story, and the picking is great.

Thanks Kenneth! That seems to be unique to the acoustic...so much of the person playing can be heard and you hope to have something to say, that's why I wont play it if I can't feel it.

Thank you guitarjock,I appreciate your comments!
I wish I had the inspiration for these songs more often.I also appreciate your comment about the production since that and drums seem to be my biggest problems. So no drums and minimal acoustic guitars helped me a lot...lol
Seriously,thank you!

WOW OH WOW

Allen you just keep getting better and better, if that is possible, you are extremely talented already, but you seem to keep on growing, which is so good to see. again excellent playing, seems so refreshing this track, and very relaxing, seems to take you on a journey, another fav coming your way mate,Ty for sharing your talent here on the Loop....Peace and massive respect...Estefano....
AllenV
AllenV replied Unknown
Thanks Estefano!I do hope I am growing,we all encourage each other here and that does make a difference...you also have to explore new music and genres sometimes as an artist to expand...but the payoff is well worth the effort,it's not always a great song but growth in itself is a good thing. In my case the change between acoustic and electric guitar forces the issue.
Thanks again for your review.

Thank you IWE.You are too kind with your review...and of course it means a lot.I did this the same way as the other acoustics,it really is an inspired process so there's a night set aside for the these songs and a lot of other ideas played before one sticks.I am pursuing the acoustic more and more as it is...to me...more personal.
Thank you again for all your kind reviews.

Thanks SpellJammer.Ypur complements are appreciated.I had the song finished, which was just a few acoustic guitars when I found the intro/outro and it fit with what i felt the song was saying,we both know a little can add a lot.I would like to do more of this...as I learn how:)

Thanks a lot Jim!I have a few of these acoustic ideas and am trying to add some intro/outro stuff to keep it from being just another acoustic song...there's only so much I can do with them without vocals....hmm.:)
Thank you again Jimmy and i'll talk to you soon.

Description : There were two separate tracks in work, but who knows why I got tired with them and then decided to merge them (or at least what left from them) into one piece hence they originate out of same musical purpose. No worries...no world war was ment here, except my recent personal one...haha...and you don't want to know about it.:) It's not real etude by any means, yet it's quite alot about practicing...practicing...

Description : Again, another early production from like two years ago. I had a cheap little Yamaha acoustic guitar that I borrowed and mic'd and some congas that were given to me as a birthday present. I used my iPad GarageBand app to record the strings and the big bass drum thingy at the interlude and little electric guitar parts in there too haha. All the vocals were done by myself and my brother throws in some little things here and there with his voice :P Enjoy!
