Description : I just finished this track this morning. It is the main song for the album Lady and The poet present Chemistry. I put about 6 hours into this track, its so very soft and hypnotic. I used piano as always, plus strings pads guitar, and wind chimes. I think what makes the song overall is the reversed crash sound. It went so well . Reviews are appreciated, hope u enjoy.....

If you have time take a listen and give Becca some feedback.
The piano and the guitar work great together. The melody is nice, as well. I agree with hirogenium on this, this track would be even better with a sweet sounding vocals.
I'm not much of a fan of anything but Drum n Bas (as my production tells) but this got my head nodding a little. guitar + piano is an epic collab. The pads are awesome (trancey).
One suggestion is that you should automate the volume up and down where the beat cuts out, another instrument comes in or just stop it to get the focus on that instrument. It pretty much stays the same volume all the way through. But that cut out was very sudden, you should slowly add a delay/very long reverb to get a nice fadeout/cut off.
A really nice track you have, VERY chilled. lol I can tell you loved that reverse cymbal.
Keep it up,
Steve
ah thx so much. I wanna do so much more with this track, I need to also cut out some of the piano cause its so repetitive. I really appreciate the tips and the review, ;)
some people chat wet, this dont need nothing added to it. YET ANOTHER big track from you. youve always got alot going on in your tracks and it never seems crowded. RT
Wow Girl! So relaxing and sweet! You should send some stuff to 5 Alarm music (if you don't use it for yourself!), I can hear this one in a production environment! I can get you the info if you need it. They buy stuff like this all the time. A nurse and a musician/composer....DOUBLE TROUBLE! ;7)
This is good. you got some skills. I am really diggin how you are able to bring epicness to simplicity. It is a very fine line we walk as musicians trying to find that perfect spot of simplicity and beauty. I think you have it pegged, every one of your tracks I have heard has this characteristic. Kudos!
Thank you so much. I love music that you can just relax too and things that brings lots of feeling and emotion at the same time. This is how I express my self, my beats equal my personality and my sense on my life. Thx for the review, and very kind words.
Love that piano line. Awesome stuff. I agree that it could do with a nice low driving sub synth baseline to carry the verses leading up into the bridge. Top notch track.
thx for real. I just am skeptical bout the hook and I dont like that feeling. But this week Im taking it to my sister and she is doin the hook so I cross my fingers it will work. I just don't want it to be too repetitive, and that piano really sticks to ur brain.
Once again Becca a lovely bit of RNB... I just love the hypnotic atmosphere in this... Def a baby making choon...lol... Can't wait to hear the vocals on this. Plus it was added on my birthday so that makes it even better...lol... Favn dis one as well. Good stuff Becca, lovin the vibe you got goin!!!!
Thx Robert. This is our main song for the album. I will have vocals soon, but something bugs me about the piano with the hook, it's like almost too much but my sister is doing the hook so maybe it will be ok with the vocals. I just hate feeling unsatisfied lol.
Thats cool thx for taking you time to listen. The song Chemistry my sister is doing the hook I made 10 bars hooks and 12 bar verses so thats why its like it is for that reason. and you can tell when the hook is bout to come in cause I used wind chimes and took the guitar and strings away and used a complete different pad sound
iightt, i agree with J1K, it does have really nice melodies. It does need a little something to make it great though, dont get me wrong it all works very well together, and it a really good beat. Much better than anything ive made sofarr(wait a month;D,,im always improvinng)..Another thing is it doesnt seem to have clear verse and chorus sections, just a looping sound--but i guess the vocals would eliminate that...
All in all, beautiful track, just needs subtle improvements...good stuff keep iit upp haha

Description : R&B track inspired by Brody Brown's work on Bruno Mars' new album. Brown would be entirely unimpressed by this track, of course. He's a really fine musician. I've left the electric piano lines that are meant for vocal parts in the track. If ever I found a lyricist and and singer that could do something with this track, I'd produce a backing track version without those parts. Lots of room for a good singer to build on the melody ideas and make it their own.
Description : UPDATED better reverb and warmer studio sound
hi guys, my vocal again on another of Morash' tracks, R&B Hip-Hop. its very delicate, it is a protest song of sort
