I'm going to disagree with everyone else and say leave the intro as it is. I like the fact that it smacks you in the face hard and grabs your attention. A real statement of intent. You know exactly what you're going to get here. An absolutely awesome song that makes you forget you have neighbours and wind the volume dial to the right. They'll get over it.
Yeah bro.. This a tough one.. Right at ya... Diggin the drums... Some nice old skool vibes... lots of energy... Dope diggin the lil rewinds and licka shots... This is a runner 4 sure... Maybe add an intro but you don't really need it... It's cool as it is...
Bad little tune here, drags you by the scruff of the neck at the beginning... love the subtle rewind fx, got that oldskool with newskool sound that i dig so much.... love it... Junglist!
dude, this is so freakin cool. I like how it slaps you in the face in the beginning. Very niec synth modding in this one. I like the 3 time delay synth a lot. oh man the change is nice, very old skool feel to it, but still fresh. Very very well done Billion!
Yeah!!! you rock billion!! the second kicker in the boom bap, boombap is a bit weak or is it me? Don't know if you did that on purpose but I think boosting the second kicker and creating a boom bap boombap would make it even more awesome. Can't say much about this but I'm enjoying your track A LOT here :-) Mega drop!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTTQF7EanUs go to 1:56 and I can see what you're doing is the same. Not trying to compare the tracks, just showing you what you should probably do for the edit. Mixing this would suck mad banana, so you should probably think of adding about 20-30 seconds of intro before hitting us knuckle-first with the drums, bass, and synths. Got a nice vibe, no doubt, but that beginning kinda put me off.
Is there a layered drum track behind the loop you used? It's a really good loop, though it's missing clarity and focus. Get a snare and bass kick, they don't have to be loud, just soft enough to notice a difference. Mute the layer then unmute it to see the difference.

Description : Chaos....Chaos ensues when life is unfolding in many different ways all around you. A demand here, a demand there, do this, do that, things going wonky or all happening at the same time. It's overwhelm but it's excitement, it's crazy but it's also very real. Welcome to the world of Kay-0s!

Description : About five years ago I made a dubstep track called Labyrinth Of The Absurd. This is part 2. Check out part 1 if you haven't yet. This is a Dark D-n-B. Or whatever.
I used Serum, Massive, Sylenth1. I used no presets, and no prefabricated loops. This is all original content from scratch. The only exception being the vocal samples.
Description : Ambient breaking into dnb I guess. All loops (except for 1 synth by my 7 yo daughter) so I can’t take much credit for this. Free demo loops from Loopmasters and LM loops from:

Description : 170 BPM drum 'n' cell epic. That's drum 'n' bass with lots of my layered, lead cello playing. It's both banging and chilled out, with intricate basslines and soaring, melodic cello parts. Instruments: electric cello, piano, three synth basses, two synth pads. Drums are loads of drum loops supported by a few programmed acoustic drum kits. It's fast and powerful stuff but there are also two deep grooving half tempo sections. No guitar so anything that sounds like it might be is, unsurprisingly, cello. This was fairly hard to make and required a lot of hard work. It's still far from perfect, especially the rather abrupt, unimaginative ending (I couldn't think of anything better). Have a good listen and then consider leaving me some fascinating feedback. Not much drum 'n' cell about so I like to think this is worth checking out...
Description : This track uses lyrics written in Morse Code, with tempo and pitch adjustments to fit. I’ve also programmed some Morse into an analog synth part.

Description : So ive been listening to alot of dnb lately, and i decided to try my hand at it. It turned out to be alittle more chillout than I wanted it to be, but I still like how it turned out.
A ambient type of DnB track, one to make you think, Second attempt at the DnB genre for this year, again apologise to Drum and Bass artist, guessing again not your normal DnB.Used flute Rhodes Piano, and a few other bits to hopefully get the feeling for the piece I wanted, along with a few break beats/bass lines and FX etc...
Please comment/review and the favour will be returned...
