If you have time take a listen and give TraXnCtrl some feedback.
Almost a completely different song. And in a lot of ways better. for one thing I'd rather hear this version at at a party. not my favorite type of music but a study in mixing skill. nice job! now I'm gonna listen one more time, haha
Aww man, this is givin me flashbacks. I mean, there's the classsic song you've got to work with here and then what you've done sorta makes me think of dance stuff from around 96ish.
And in that regard I dig the extra bits of synth and arranging you've done here. Though, for the remix side, I dunno how I feel, because I was kinda wantin to hear more of the original (course, I'm at a disadvantage, since I don't know what you had to work with). If it were me, I would've had some part in the middle be kind of a call-back to the original (if that would've been possible). Not a complete call-back, but enough of one to have, say a full verse going. Otherwise, nice one mate. Lates!
thanks for your honest feedback here....I was hoping to do more with the original instrumental but it was supplied as one piece so I decided to just use the vocals.

Nice work on this one, they used to be one of my sort of fav's in there day, not a massive fan of this track they did but liking what you have dont with it, piece has a nice freshness about, you have used there vocal very well in this piece Trax, very catchy mate..another fav here...Peace n Respect...Estefano...
yeah its funny how you say to someone youve just done a remix of someone and they say is it....?, then come up with two or three other track names that you would have rather done, but were not the tracks you have the stems for :P
This has a really nice flow to it! Great use of the vocals, you've really refreshed this classic! You've put a smile on my face with this remix! Great work!
I'm actually familiar with these guys....and I agree with Humpy, this is way cooler....a really pro sound without any extraneous padding....just the ingredients for a solid hit! lol... have a happy and safe New Year over there in Crow land mate...cheers Dave :)
I always thought these guys wrote catchy tracks, great to sing along to but this was way cooler Trax!! Cleaverly put together and a nice mix too. Man you can kill a remix!!
Description : Unofficial preview* of my upcoming first produced track named Therapy. Litterly a cut out of the track. Uploaded with first thought of letting it hear to a fellow Looperman member for a possible collab later on.
Comments are welcome tho!
About the preview, after the drop will start to another semi drop and with an harder more rawish main chorus part behind. Everything is as good as done now and being checked by demo listeners for response and feedback before getting a last hand at mixing&mastering.
Description : My first house song (on looperman). It's actually mix of progressive and dutch house. Hope you'll enjoy this! :) If you have time you can leave feedback, it's always appreciated!
Description : Ugly ass witch house beat that isn't technically a house beat. (The Drum Track is by LM's Danke.) The Track's based on an older beat of mine with the same name. This version's half as long & not as busy. The Synths are Synthmaster, Massive, Dark Keys & Creep Piano. And of course, It wouldn't be a Clickbait Cabaret beat without nine zillion FX plugins. Pretty sure all of them are on this beat.
Description : Funk House/Disco inspired by Daft Punk
No Samples used
Instruments:
Various vintage synths
Kontakt libraries: Ilya Efimov Telecaster for guitar, Session Horns Pro, Chris Hein Strings, NI Guitars
Vocals: Plogue Chipspeech & Alter Ego
Description : Melodic Progressive House with the lyrics by Mr.Shammi (visit his account here for incredible nice acapellas!). The ref is in Melbourne-Bounce-Style.
Description : check out janimifsson for these vocals
learning how to do house
good vocal effects
terrible drums
couldnt find a melodic loop to fit the track
figured out the key
the harmony basically matches the melody
probably in some dorian scale or something so
have to learn about that
the drums are my weakest point
good at the start but awful after the beat drop
please comment any songs to listen to to learn drums in this style
any advice please comment
Description : Update: So this was the looper tune that started it all for me on this site. Hard to believe it was Over 10 years ago. This tune carries the ethos I bring to music...interesting, always change the genre mid-flight and you won't see what's coming next. Also cool to see the early comments and who is still around as well. (#Feeling retro tonight) Orig: Trance-step tune that changes direction a few times
