If you have time take a listen and give Leo2789 some feedback.
very chilled out melody dude, i see what you saying about leaving, sorta "into the distance it goes" ill play it at one of my gigs and see the vibe it gives off.
you know what would suite this track some more is maybe smooth vocals maybe male singing about a journey of some kind who knows.
but get yourself some other programs, fl studio, reason, cubase, fill it with addons and widgets and make yourself known.
There is a great tune in here. I like 99% of what you have done here, the synths are fine by me and the bass is a little driver pushing it along, so don't change that. But my 1'ish crit is that sound with the flange (deadmau5) style is good but it lost momentum at 4.00 mins. I would have prefered the flange rate to stay 1/16 insted of dropping it down to 1/8 let it down to 1/8 in the end when the main lead has dropped out. oh and 1 last thing there is a slight chord clash once in early part. other than that I love it.
Thnx once again =)
About the flange rate...i really intended to make it that way almost from the start, as i was also considering using the same rate right away from 3:00...
I really like this track as well... Love the chords in in the middle! good job... House and trance feel to it! 4:00 minutes in! Love that part!! Awsome job! What program did u use for this?
Dude this is an amazing track, had me hooked right from the very start, absolutely brillint, love the beat and bassline combo, works very well with the percussion, stunning pads/synths..Clarity and arrangement spot on, this is my most fav track of yours to date, absolutely amazing work..MASSIVE fav...Peace n Respect man...Esefano...
This is awesome! I really like the break around 2:45, has a good feel to it! Really nice synth sounds on this track! I like that you've blended in a little trance, that's what I tend to do on my stuff too. This is very uplifting! Well done!
Hey I really really like this track... I was just browsing the internet whilst listening to it and I didn't realise how long it was until it was finished. 7 minutes is pretty epic :) I know you say you can't afford a new DAW, but with stuff like this do you need one?? Great work :D
Get rid of that trancy bassline,
it makes you compose a half house and trance song xD
really im not kidding, try to make the bassline housy'er,
more pumping instead of rolling.
the kick seems good, the chords(sound) could be better ..
but i assume this is the first time for you so i wont a complete @ss on that.. im just saying it could be better :)
perhaps its bc u are using garageband?? and are limited by that??
[correct me if im wrong]
but still, this is pretty good mate :)
i can enjoy this on full potential ^^
Well that's kinda the point... it's supposed to be a trancey House song xD
And yes i use garageband, that's why sometimes i can't get the exact sound i want, and as i can't afford any other software i'm stuck with it for now =S
Description : Unofficial preview* of my upcoming first produced track named Therapy. Litterly a cut out of the track. Uploaded with first thought of letting it hear to a fellow Looperman member for a possible collab later on.
Comments are welcome tho!
About the preview, after the drop will start to another semi drop and with an harder more rawish main chorus part behind. Everything is as good as done now and being checked by demo listeners for response and feedback before getting a last hand at mixing&mastering.
Description : My first house song (on looperman). It's actually mix of progressive and dutch house. Hope you'll enjoy this! :) If you have time you can leave feedback, it's always appreciated!
Description : Ugly ass witch house beat that isn't technically a house beat. (The Drum Track is by LM's Danke.) The Track's based on an older beat of mine with the same name. This version's half as long & not as busy. The Synths are Synthmaster, Massive, Dark Keys & Creep Piano. And of course, It wouldn't be a Clickbait Cabaret beat without nine zillion FX plugins. Pretty sure all of them are on this beat.
Description : Funk House/Disco inspired by Daft Punk
No Samples used
Instruments:
Various vintage synths
Kontakt libraries: Ilya Efimov Telecaster for guitar, Session Horns Pro, Chris Hein Strings, NI Guitars
Vocals: Plogue Chipspeech & Alter Ego
Description : check out janimifsson for these vocals
learning how to do house
good vocal effects
terrible drums
couldnt find a melodic loop to fit the track
figured out the key
the harmony basically matches the melody
probably in some dorian scale or something so
have to learn about that
the drums are my weakest point
good at the start but awful after the beat drop
please comment any songs to listen to to learn drums in this style
any advice please comment
Description : Melodic Progressive House with the lyrics by Mr.Shammi (visit his account here for incredible nice acapellas!). The ref is in Melbourne-Bounce-Style.
Description : Update: So this was the looper tune that started it all for me on this site. Hard to believe it was Over 10 years ago. This tune carries the ethos I bring to music...interesting, always change the genre mid-flight and you won't see what's coming next. Also cool to see the early comments and who is still around as well. (#Feeling retro tonight) Orig: Trance-step tune that changes direction a few times
Description : EDM song with cliche "Animal" drop. Let me know if you would like the big kicks, claps, or drop synth. (only ones I can give out) Key of F# minor. Made with Ableton Live 9 Suite.
Idea :
How would it sound if you sidechain main lead, bass ?
You should try it :)
I would give it a try, except GarageBand has no ''SideChainer'' =(
I dowloaded an AU that would do that, but i can't make it work =S
John
This one of my fav, if not THE fav lol

adios
I plan on (one day... ¬¬) buy a Mac Pro and a copy of Logic Pro, so i can get really serious then =)
About the flange rate...i really intended to make it that way almost from the start, as i was also considering using the same rate right away from 3:00...
Yhea this is definitely my best work =)
I used Garageband 2.0

Thnx for reviewing =)
this is a nice "House/Trance" type of song really like it! specially that fat pad going on behind!
Yea it does have that trancey feel to it cuz i admit, I'm heavily influenced by Uplifting Trance as it is my fav genre xD
