Description : i got inspired by Carti and Matt Proxy to make this track. I used a hardstyle lead for the chords, and a Legoworld Prophet 600 sample pack for the melodies. I bitcrushed both to around 21 KHz. for the drums I spammed hihats and open hats. I also boosted a short bass and used it as a kick. as a final cherry on top, i used a soft clipper on the master, so that the kick/bass would distort the fck outta the melody and the chords. (this is a rage song, but Looperman doesn't allow rage in thegenrepick

In "A Tribute to Woolf," I pay tribute to Woolf for his wonderful Vital presets. With the exception of the kick drum in Sitala, all instruments (using Vital) were created by Woolf.
Vital presets in order of 1st appearance:
BS_Chord_Stack_1, LD_Cyber_Brass_1, LD_Opal_2, LD_Shadow_1 (sounds like: Hammered Dulcimer), PAD_Digicloud_1, PAD_Harmonix_1, PAD_Failsafe_1, LD_Faux_1
Description : pretty toxic...on this haha. I did the beat, and the vocals. idk, back to my trap roots with the beat and it felt really really good, just felt right...curious if what I did with the vocals/lyrics work though. please let me know what you think! critiques are appreciated.
Description : While creating a beat from chopped samples, I was searching for the right vocals and stumbled upon this masterpiece from Frank Yola. I invite you to listen. The pure essence of classic boom bap.
