Description : This song I started about 5-7 yrs ago with the opening guitar. I was recording a home produced LP with a friend and I was hoping to write some lyrics and record it at the time, but it sat on the sidelines for various reasons. The last 2-3 yrs yrs I've been chipping away at it.
Loops I got are from
MarloweDK Funk Rhythm Guitar 1 & 2
iohao Arp Yeat Playboi Carti Part 3
NicolayZay Og Plugg Transition
HILITE WHITE NOIZE
Auver Phonk FX Backing
Description : "Sugar" and "No sense" were my 1st attempts at writing complete songs and recording them on my 4 track in the early 1990's except the bass which is still the original bass for sugar from all those years ago and I redid some of No sense for this version, but using basically the same bass line except the middle 8.
1st recording was done in D sharp and later changed to A so I could have a go at singing it.
Description : Another one of my 35 yr old songs I'm revamping. This song was a pile of you know what when I 1st put it together due to it's lame/sad lyrics and empty music. It was slow and dead beat. One may argue this version is still dead beat. This my 3rd attempt at completing it. "previous singers did what they could but it was still lame, but it has something in it now that give me sense of satisfaction. Maybe I'll redo it again one day, but I think this is the best I can do on it for now.
Description : Another song from a batch of songs I wrote during my early 20's some 35 yrs ago.
It's been really good to revisit them without all the baggage that initially inspired them
Description : 1st full song I wrote when part of a band I was in the early 1990's. I did a complete overhaul on the words [E.Trowse co-lyricist]] and music a few years later and I've given it another update on the recording of the music and vocals for this release. Gave it a name change too. yah
