Ok, question.....The loop is hard so I listened to everyone who posted their beats & they were all fire but obviously since you all used the same loop, they all sound similar. My question is: what happen's when someone who has connections uses the same loop and it blows up & ends up on lets say a Khalid or Travis Scott etc...album and ends up on billboard and goes platinum. Can someone say "Heyyyy they stole that from me I had it first!"? Can the original creator or whoever gets a copyright 1st sue? Also what if someone else randomly gets a hit at the same time as you with the same exact loop structured similarly.. Might be impossible but still...How would that work? Would the artist end up suing each other? Even tho it wasn't intentional from two separate producers w/ a royalty free loop? It would be weird to have 2 songs on billboard with almost the same exact beat don't you think? Would anyone be held responsible? Is anyone to blame? I'm new to this so its been on my mind.
