what's sad is you assume without actually knowing the truth and comment that i stole this loop saying i extracted it from the song but i can asure you that i didnt steal this i just made it off the top on analog lab and added effect rack and reverb to it giving it that fading out delayed effect that you assume is the "program trying to pick up certain notes and not being able to"

and the reason you hear it on my other loop is because i made them all together and the delay from these bells drifted off into my other loop which is called thermal bass and exported it like that
