The phrases heard here are very typical of the first Spanish phrases one ever learns when beginning Spanish. That's the little "joke" here.

The phrases mean: "Hello, Susan. Where is the library? How exciting it is to now be in Lima, Peru!"

These phrases lifted directly from the Spanish primer I used when I was in junior high.
