It's very easy and everyone can make them
They used a plugin named (Nickey Romero) something.. and i think all big room dj's use the same plugin, you can download the plugin for free or buy it

well, this wasn't a vocal one shot. i found a song in the acapella section and found the part that sounded best for making a bounce song. i sadly don't remember the acapella's name. but i can extract a one shot from the already existing loop if you want. but then ill need you're email so i can send it to you
