Its a marketing technique bro. Most of the time for me I create the loop or beat from my own imagination then think: "hm, I could actually see Playboi Carti or Uzi on this." Thus it becomes a Type Loop or Type Beat. Plus it helps narrow down a certain type of style that your music is so instead of saying "Hard Dark Trap Beat" you can say "Travis Scott Type Beat" because theres different types of "Hard Dark Trap Beats."
