Hey man, i listened to it and it's really interesting, hw you used the outside ambiance, especially using the dogs as an ad lib.

I would try to throw in more elements. The beat works with the loop and the snippets of dialogue are nice but not something I would listen for 2 minutes. Experiment with sounds, melodies,basslines anything. Keep on improving
