I believe a memes YouTube channel uses this drumbeat for videos. For obvious reason. 6 second attention span on YouTube shorts feed on average. 4 beats = one measure. 6seconds/4beats = 1.5beats per second. 1.5*60 = 90bpm. 90bpm = 180bpm. This makes video editing with music and attention span very easy. Truly a masterpiece of a loop/
