I didn't use chords at all actually. I can't remember what notes specifically either.
Basically, if you take a metallic synth pluck or instrument and go into Fruity Reverb 2, you can adjust speed and mod to get a eerie twang. This works on harps, guitars, and like I said, synths. The synth used here is the preset "steel" under plucked from the VST sytrus.
