The loop is posted in D major but the chords I'll write are in C major because that's how I understand it better. I'll try to separate every two bars with brackets because its syncopated a bit which might make it harder to follow.

[C Major - B half diminished - E augmented - E dominant 7 over D]
[A Minor 11?(Not sure) - A minor 7 - G# minor 7 - G minor 7]
[F Major 9 - G dominant 7]
[Weird A minor 11 chord again - C major 7]

You can probably tell that I wrote some basic jazz chord movements and added some extensions. Hopefully this is helpful.
