You need an audio interface, plug the instrument cable into both ends, the guitar end and audio interface end, if your audio interface has an "inst" option button then turn it on , on the channel of where the guitar is plugged, then in FL Studio go in the mixer then enable the channel and there you go. If that doesn't work tell me what is the problem exactly.
