hey, good morning. I used your beat in my work, it was great, but when I put it on Spotify and it was denied due to copyright, I saw here that it needs authorization, how do I get it?

Hmm, that's strange.

The Looperman Terms and Conditions state that by uploading this loop, it's open to the public under a royalty-free license - that is anyone can do almost whatever they want with it. You can find them at https://www.looperman.com/help/terms and the specific section is "Rights Granted By You When You Upload Content To The Loops Area". This also means that as far as I know, there is no "authorisation" I can provide to either you or Spotify as it's not supposed to be necessary.

It's entirely possible that someone else has also used this loop, made a track with it and uploaded it to Spotify, which has led to your track being incorrectly flagged as breaching their copyright. If that is the case, then my suggestion is to email Spotify support and explain that this sample is royalty free, include a link to the Looperman Terms & Conditions page and a link to this sample page.
