This was one of my earlier pieces thanks for the feedback often makes making tracks worth while.Time well spent Ill be sure to hit you up on some of your work no doubt cheers from the Rockingchair..
Typing as I listen.. hehe
Very cool intro
Sounds very happy so far
Wow. When the bass gets going, that is seriously excellent work.
I'd love to see a vocalist go at it on top of this. Pretty abrupt ending, but I use those all the time, but thats the only complaint I have. Very fun, very bouncy
I guess this must be your oldest track..
and i wanted to see how you progressed..
Hmm...
You use magix or acid huh?
I hear the musical algorithm on this.. but i don't know how magix or acid accounts for that..
I use ableton, and it has a complex wave analyzer that can account for the warbly sounds when they get warped..
You might google.. but this is 8 months old.. so I am assuming.. because your newer tracks don't have it.. heh...
I use sound Studio (Sony)I have not yet learned to filter on edit. The software often fades on sometimes in a mix it envelopes wich sometimes is good when I want it.Ive been working a lttle bit with a techno sound and find that the overlay is quite helpful sometimes,I would like to find a one shot sequencer so I can play with some melodies that are not pre programed my keyboard (Yamaha)gives me latency.I havent been involved with this a whole long time learning all the time !!Thanks for the review....Rockingchair
I am glad we are getting into each others music..
I am glad I am anyways..
Did you play any of the guitars? No worries if not... totally cool either way.. It takes a musical ear to layer the loops in an effective manner such as this.
I was thinking maybe just one-hit guitar sound under the last 2 minutes.... or a synth?? i dunno hehe.. just what i hear in my head.
I really liked the organic bluesy feel..
The tom filled house like beat.
The great synth sounds that added an electro.. modern feel.
It had a VERY ... chill.. yet accumulative feel across wide varieties of genres..
It sounded professional...
I can't wait for the final.. But I will be taking a demo to listen in the car when I am driving at night.
I dont play just mixing I have a guitar on layaway 87.00 and its mine.I have a GNX 4 music station and am going to learn. This track Im upset because I moved and havent got to get my studio togeather.I have a keyboard and all kinds of gizmos to make music just havent found the time.I have over 100 undeveloped tracks in my computer now iued to do at least 5 tracks a week Im sure with winter comming Ill get more invoved thanks for listening soon I should be putting out tracks left and right I think Im cought between element,Have a good one....Rockingchair
That was just very very pronounced... his come off is... well that he knows what to say, but he needs to get a little bit of swagger. Just say it like you were talking to a friend!
but it is just soo ironic, because then he says, you don't care what i say anyway.. and then the way he says that... just brilliant.. So thought out. If some chick ripped me off, if some drug deal went bad, if I got fired from a job. No worries if even my babby mamma got robbed!
Got me riffing on lyrical ideas.
(I have not fathered a child THANK GOD!)
that is deep, literaly, and it works across any listener.
Why is it soo muffled??
Remove the blanket from the mike and go buy some headphones?
heheh.. sorry.. not talking shit... I love it!
wow.. third listen... did you chop his vocs?... he should try and get a deep breathing feel... sooo you can hear the emotion in EACH word... LIKE SLOW.. but then when he says each word, it is just a fucking SLEDGEHAMMER.
Tell Josh he is a poet, and then a rapper... and also... GOOD luck with that.
wow Thank you ever so much for the awsome review it was my first attempt at adding lyrics to something and recording with an old mic in a program I knew nothing about. He's 15 and it was a concept he did overnight if he continues yes will wil do well but his interrests are not quite defined yet. Thanks again for the kind review and even the suggestions always welcome I will be sure to give some of your stuff a listen....Rockingchair
I didnt think I would get a review on this because of the flavor here on the site. Thanks for listening glad you enjoyed makes making music a pleasurable experiance...Rockingchair
Thanks this track never started out this way sometimes you never know where youll end up.Many more to come check back if ya wish Rock on ...Rockingchair
Thank you just started makin music again been off the path for a min I figured the bass could use some modification thanks for the comeback...Rockingchair
guitar little loud when not under effects (the open string at the end of the riff), some panning would make this track really interesting, guitar way to loud at 1:50 onwards. I think this section could use a little work. I think this could be a great track!
Why thank you very much just the kind of review I really encourage I will definnately look at these things.I know exactly what you are saying. Thanks for listening and giving your advice...Rockingchair
All loops my friend and often times youll hear your own in there (in different tracks)You started me on the road to making guitar tracks with your loops. Thanks for listening hope I can continue to make great music.....Rockingchair
